The issue is not the tentacles coming off, its them being rounded at the connection point so they twist around when you try to pose them. They cant support their own weight. The absolute shit legs which are misaligned. The lack of paint on the entire figure. Lack of details. It just looks cheap and extremely half assed

I have a strong suspicion that this Aunt May will get a comic release with different hair. Other than the hair color, Hasbro made no effort to make it looks like the cartoon Aunt May.
Could be QC. Maybe the ports in their backpack or the rim on their tentacles weren't fully molded. I have hands with that weren't completely molded. My Kingo has a stubby left thumb and my WV Scarlet Witch has stubby left fingers.
Wish you actually hear what people are complaining about before saying they are complaining for no reason. They werent saying tenacles dont stay in. They are saying tentacles keeps rotating at the connection point. Yours were also rotating the whole video, but you just didn't notice

Am I the only one who wants a VHS Hydro Man and Felecia Hardy? Hydro Man is in need of a serious update with those arms, maybe interchangeable normal arms and water arms. Felecia as the civilian figure would be great, as she was a prominent character in the series. Also having Black Cat's alter ego would be cool
If they did do a Chameleon, I would love one of the accessories to be a loose belt. Would be so cool to slap that belt on other Marvel Legends to suggest that it's Chameleon in disguise.

Chameleon would be awesome! I would also love a Man Spider, Madam Web, Animated Series Morbius, or a more articulated six armed Spider-Man. Hasbro did a great job with Spiral's arms, so it can be done. Great review BTW!!!
