Well let's hope that there will be a retooled version of Marvel Legends Captain America (Secret Empire) like the mouth sealed defaulted head sculpt like the alternate Ultimate Captain America head sculpt from the Puff Adder wave, and I hope it'll be part of the Marvel Legends Secret Wars Build a Figure wave that this action figure will come with one of the Build a Figure pieces

It’s not the same head if something is different! The head is more oval shaped than the Ultimate Cap, and a bit smaller. In addition, the coloration is different and there is no texture on the face & head mask covering. All these changes demonstrate differences from previous Cap head sculpture.

Touché. There are a number of differences albeit with the same expression as the Ultimate Cap. As I said, it’s not an issue for me. I just would’ve liked both options.
