No, I don't think so,, he has also said "Loki of Jotunheim" before. I think he doesn't consider himself of anywhere, just uses his words as a means to an end. (He is the Liesmith, Loki Silvertongue, after all.)

Anyone notice that thanks,loki and Tony form a trinity almost loki and thanos will never be gods Thanos and tony are heroic people just trying to do what they think is right (even if thanks is not right he believes it is) And Tony and loki are two "weak" people around literal gods who only fight through trickery and there on creations tech/magic
