Would definitely love to see Miguel O'Hara and Miles Morales in this. But I also don't want the roster to be oversaturated with Spidermen. I think the only other ones I'd be fine with are Miguel, Miles and Gwen
No ghost rider confirmed yet, only reason I might play the game is that I’m a big fan of peni, and I love her design in this game. Hope they add her current spiderverse design, need that coat over the shoulders
We're definitely getting a Peni Parker/SPDR trailer next. Also they'll definitely have a Spider-Verse event eventually. Probably around the release of the next movie if possible.
Marvel rivals is gonna be so good broo, the amount of skin possibilities, maps, characters. It’s the perfect type of game for marvel because of the variation
I'm really looking forward to the game, my only issue is that the maps I've seen so far are very Overwatchy in look, style and design. I would like to see more comic book feeling, gritty, lived in, not the pristine, futuristic, everything has rounded corners that I'm seeing now.
I think Paladins offers a good solution for the whole "too many similar characters to add in" issue. In Paladins, some characters have skins that completely change the character (except for their kit obv). You could have Spider-Gwen be a skin for Spider-Man, with her own variations of his voicelines and whatnot. Alternatively, an idea I much prefer, you could go the Mortal Kombat X route and have the Spider-Gang be different "variants" for Peter. You can select Peter, then have the option to either play as him with all his normal abilities, Spider-Gwen (with her own different side-abilities) or Miles (also with his own side-abilities like his cloak or electicity), with all variants sharing the same primary ability (Web-Slinging for the Spider-Gang). Since all the characters already have various iterations, going the MKX route would allow us to not only play as our own personal favorite among those variations for the selected character, but also have options for what kind of playstyle you want with that character. It's ambitious, I know, but doing this would help Rivals stand out immeasurably.
Yeah it'll be interesting if they make him a playable character because he's confirmed to be the final boss of the game. I wonder if there will be a PvE event where we can all team up to take him down?
@@MarvelRivalsGuides I love PvE content! Also I heard leaks that Doom would be playable. Since the overall story is present day Doom fighting with his 2099 counterpart over control of the timestream which caused the entanglement. I wouldn't be surprised.
I can't wait to play this game WOW the graphics are fantastic as is the attention to detail this new map is crazy the characters shown so far are beautiful and the destruction of the game map is a gem and being in 2099 this new map I'm thinking of Spider Man 2099 and if they launch this game with the Spider Man Multiverse, as well as putting all the iconic Marvel characters, I hope they don't just make different skins for Spider Man but put + different Spider Man with each their own skill That would be great =)
Wolverine villains would make such good characters for this game. Silver samurai as a tank or dps, sabretooth as a melee tank, omega red could be any of the 3 honestly, and would look incredible with this art.
If this game works... Marvel Games and Netease will make so much game specially with skin like they can choose any Outif for any comic character universe anything

Looking more and more like Overwatch with a Marvel skin lmao That's a good thing btw, Overwatch went to shit when they announced OW2 and haven't really come back since, so getting a new game that might improve on the OW formula is awesome. Very hyped for this game!
It would be incredible to have a whole spider team! Gwen, Spider punk, Miles, Venom. Would be really cool to have special team ups! The possibilities with this game keep feeling endless. Ahhh!!!!
I feel like some spider people should be skins and some should be separate characters, cause Spider Man (Miles) should have a different move set than Peter

We know Doom 2099 is the villain of the Marvel Rivals game, but maybe we could see Dr Doom 616 (or whatever universe # the Marvel Rivals universe is)! EDIT: Wait, you're right! The official Marvel Rivals description says BOTH versions of Doom will be involved in the narrative of the game! GREAT catch!

Wow the floating vehicles and the art style are straight up Overwatch LOL I'm not even mad. Overwatch had their time and they dropped the ball by abandoning PvE Its Marvels turn, lets hope they learned from Blizzards mistakes.
This doesnt feel like a Marvel map though, it just feels like an Overwatch map taken into Rivals, like why is there even a robot worker that resembles an omnic so much? Couldnt they just make it alightly different? Why not make it NY 2099?

Marvel Rivals is slowly looking like what Overwatch 2 should have been if they didnt bother to recode their entire game for no reason and then delete the whole point of Overwatch 2's PVE 🤣 Its looking fantastic to say the least.
I could see Deadpool being different than punisher since punisher probably uses an assault rifle while deadpool will use pistols, maybe give deadpool a teleport like he had in the deadpool video game and a few other things and they should be different
