Agatha All Along is an upcoming American web television series, based on the Marvel Comics supervillain of the same name. The series is a spin-off of WandaVision. It is the twenty-fourth television series in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and the tenth installment of Phase Five. The series is produced by Marvel Television and will be released on Disney+.
The first season will consist of nine episodes and premiere on September 18, 2024.

His point is short sighted. Scores are just scores, but they matter to people who might be outside the bubble and want a quick way to choose what to invest time watching. Plus, whether we like it or not, they influence the general discourse around projects that aren’t strong enough to generate their own. Reviews and aggregators didn’t just appear out of nowhere for no reason

And 69% isn't a letter grade score. It doesn't mean the show is only 69% good. It means 6.9/10 critics liked the show enough to rate it Fresh. So almost 7 out of 10 critics liked it. That's not bad.

which is low for MCU standards at least when it was at it's peak. That's why this is a topic, MCU quality has dipped over the years. The only show with a worse score is secret Invasion. The movies with worse scores, are the Marvels, The Eternals and Ant man 3, MCU is struggling bad. Dead pool was much needed, now it's back to regular meh until maybe Daredevil, hopefully.

@@kicknowledgesmith8608 right now marvel is 2-1 in terms of popular shows. We got X-men 97 then Deadpool and Wolverine. Agatha all along I don’t really think is gonna hurt marvel give it’s decent reception. But 2025 will make or break the mcu

@@animemuse8613 I agree about Dead pool and X-men 97 but if Marvel can't string together back to back hits then the audience will fade away. Maybe the shared universe needs to end and they make stand alone films because the MCU doesn't feel connected anymore. I view NWH Dead pool and X-men 97 as standalone. Agatha doesn't feel like it even belongs in the MCU. I agree about 2025 making or breaking the MCU. Well said.

I love how you just made that up to fit a narrative. Rotten Tomatoes critics have no credibility. They are proven paid shills. The audience score, on the other hand, always had credibility to the ones you're referring to. It's the shills who keep changing their minds based on the narrative with their "review bombing" nonsense that never ever mentions review shilling or female critics who give negative feedback. It's always incels and manbabies, conveniently. If it's a film they like, negative reviews are "review bombing." If it's a film they hate, positive reviews are istaphobes, incels, yada yada yada.

I'm enjoying the show a lot so far. The current score is 69%. That means 6.9/10 critics generally like the show enough to give it a Fresh rating. So almost 7 out of 10 critics liked the show. That's not bad. But people keep talking about RT scores like they're letter grade scores, and they aren't.

If the critics score were higher, there’d be accusations of review bombing. But keep the same audience score and lower the critics score to the 60s, and now it’s a case of them being out of touch. Fandom narratives are crazy

So, for those saying the low rating is a bad sign, I just checked and critics are up to 79% and fans at 77%. So it seems this might bounce about for a bit. Off of two episodes, I think the rating is fairly accurate. I personally LOVED it and can't wait to see where it goes!

I think the score is fair in this case. I think it will drop down even more over time. Shows with witches have a big audience, this show just isn't one of them. The Originals, TVD, Discovery of witches all did very well. The Marvel name is saving Agatha, if this was just some CW show, it be around 57%

Mephisto is behind everything. He put a body in the woods so Agatha can see it. Mephisto cause the fire in the library. Mephisto disguises himself as the man in the rabbit, the crow the rat, and the wolf. Mephisto wants Agatha to get her powers back to get to Scarlet Witch. Aubrey Plaza character is working with Mephisto. Mephisto is totally behind everything. Mephisto doesn't want Agatha to know that the kid is Wanda son. Billy Maximoff/Wiccan. I think Lilia Calderu is seeing Mephisto
