This is a compilation of all my Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. album worthy music edits. There is no new content here that I haven't previously shared. This is just to consolidate all my efforts into a single video.
These edits were all derived from the 5.1 surround sound audio of the individual episodes. I used audio editing trickery in order to remove any sound effects when possible, and would isolate any usable audio in order to extract intelligible music. I would spend hours on individual tracks, painstakingly trying to make them sound as clean as possible. You would be surprised how annoying it can be to create smooth transitions between micro edits when removing sound effects. Some cues came out better than others, but overall I am very happy with the results.
When I first started all of this, I had no real goal, but towards the end I decided to make an album that resembles something official. It seems unlikely that we will get any more official soundtrack albums, other than the current one that has music from seasons 1-2. My process involved going back to past edits and completely redoing them with new techniques that I had learned along the way. Once done, I ended up with 1 hour and 25 minutes of music that spans seasons 3-7.
I am personally very proud of the work and effort that I poured into this personal project. Hopefully, this can serve as a nice alternative for fans of the show and its music. Enjoy.
