in the comics he and Medusa had almost telepathic bond but in the show it looks like he has only sign language

In comics, they talk through sign language and at times, Medusa did know what Black Bolt was thinking given that they had been together since they were very young. When she speaks for her king, it is purely intuitive, not telepathic. P.S. Giving The Silent King a telepathic ability would destroy a big part that makes him what he is. Black Bolt is more of a political figure than a fighter (he kicks asses when he fights though). His character seems to look stronger when he's not in a battle and someone with telepathy that is not a straight-up fighter/killer is just boring.

Did you not watch his face. He showed confusion (phone), curiosity (clothes), lost (we are not defeated), intimidation/pride (first scene w/Maximus), shock ('death'), fury (dome), sense of hope (can you hear me). He does show emotion, a lot of it. Anson Mount is a tremendous actor, but the budget, showrunner, as well as other factors ruined a show that the cast alone couldn't save.

The first two episodes were amazing, and everything just went downhill from there. They should’ve saved the Maximus storyline from where the characters were already developed and we already knew who they where in the MCU. What a shame.

What i didnt get is...medusa has a power to cpntrol her hair ...she can increase them by a lot of factors...then when he cut her hair...couldn't she just grow them back?... given she can manipulate her hair.

The royal family was so polorizing. The have and have nots of having an ability. Even if you had an ability, you still could be sent to lower positions due to the type of power received. Also, Medusa forgot where she came from. I felt getting a taste of the upper class and she forgot why her parents died in exile. Maximus was no leader but he started out being a big step up.

Maximus was flawed from the very beginning because to be quite honest, as much as he keeps saying he wants to change things, he really doesn't, he just wanted to use that to get the things he wanted. Also, the show itself never properly showed the struggles and problems of Attilan and its society. The whole revolting against the Royal Family just came out of nowhere with no much set up and then suddenly it was like AHHH WE WANNA MURDER ALL OF YOU and you're just kinda like "wait what?" ---- this story really could have been worked on better if they provided more set up and showed more of the issues and attempts where people tries to appeal to the Royal Family, but other than perhaps being rigid and entitled, there was never anything that showed that the Royal Family were horrible cruel people. It simply made the revolt weird because other than the issue of the caste system, it never seemed like Black Bolt was somehow a horrible King, he was considerate, he clearly cares about his people and tries to keep them safe. The biggest problem of the Royal Family is maybe ignorance and privilege but that's hardly enough to incite a revolt where you're trying to murder people. It just didn't make sense. If they had shown that the Royal Family were just utterly cruel and horrible people, the revolt could have made more sense.

@@CaptainPikeachuhe wanted to make it beater for inhumans who don’t have gifts and that was the problem with the royal family if you didn’t get a good gift from terrigenisis you become nothing and get a position of nothing you are basically a slave the only reason maximus wasn’t sent to the minds for not having a gift is because he still had royal blood others do not have that luxury.

Everyone seems to really hate this show but I actually don't. They pull of Black Bolt's silence really well and while the animation is not the best I feel like the did Lockjaw really well. If people would stop criticizing shows for every single little thing I could actually understand people's reasons for not liking it but right now all I see is people nitpicking a show that could really have some potential.

The society on the moon had to be destroyed. The caste system they created was overly ridged with only an upper and lower caste based upon ability not the person. I felt watching the series Medusa was such a Queen-B and had no empathy for those who did not have abilities and Black Bolt did nothing to help the status quo. For example: Crystal in her room playing music and just walking around without a care while we the lower decks slaving away in caves from dawn to dusk with no joy in their lives. It's good to be the King - line from History of the world part 1.

Also her powers didn’t make any sense in the show. In the comics the hair is supposedly stronger than steel so it couldn’t be cut off by a simple razor and even if it is cut off she can grow or shrink the length of it at will so it would simply grow back after being shaved. It was so obvious that the only reason they did this was to save money on the budget nothing more.

I found the royal family a bunch of Oppressors/Snobs If you have a certain valued ability you are moving on up to that deluxe apartment in the sky or if you have no ability or one of no value it's off to the mines you go. I found King Black Bolt arrogant and Medusa just forgot about where she came from as Black Bolt's family killed hers when fighting for equal rights... Shame, Shame, Shame. Maximus in my opinion was right to over throw his brother but I fear he will become a tyrant and his goal for equal rights will be lost. i find no heroes in the show currently.

The resources are limited, not everybody can live well. That was the reason behind the BlackBolts meritocracy system. Even the royal family dont live in luxury. Their rooms are very small and Medusa and Crystal dont ostent jewelry and that things.

Oh sh*t, he's doing it again, isn't he? Scott Buck did the same thing to Iron Fist: twist his story so much that he ends up looking like an unlikable brat, not the hero you're supposed to root for. Apparently that guy's strategy to make villains like Davos and Maximus interesting isn't to explore them in deep ways without relying on clichés, but to make the protagonists' motivations even less justifiable than theirs so that it seems like they have a point. In other words, Scott Buck makes you hate his protagonists in order to hide the weak writing for his villains.

INHUMANS was the first comic i saw as a child back in the 80's and Medusa moving hair captivated me eventho i dont understand a thing. I really want to like this show but every episode make me cringed and embarrassed for the actors. just cancel it ASAP and wait for the better team that care do it.. please.
