The fact this or any other version of the theme isn't in Marvel vs Capcom infinite shows how much Marvel/Disney cares about the legacy of these games.

The way I see it, MvCi was to get at Fox. They knew what their fans wanted. Disney is just petty as fuck...but now that Marvel has their film rights back, that doesn't matter any more.

Nah, I think Marvel Super Heroes Vs. Street Fighter has the best rendition. The fact that it is so close to this is very much a good thing, but the intro in MSH Vs. SF gives it a slight edge over this.
