That's what should have happened in Infinity war,only,after the Hulk is beaten in round 1 as he was, Hulk comes back at the end of the film for round 2,and kick Thanos's ass.
Or atleast make it where it ended in a standstill & have the team mates jump in...that would've done Hulk justice aswell...because Hulk has the potential to beat Thanos, its just thanos base strength is crazy high it can overwhelm Hulk at first...Hulk needs time to get stronger, but if you go for the ko or kill early you can win...but if you drag the fight out you're screwed...unless you're fighting devil hulk, Titan or green scar who appears to have higher base level strength from the start
