Welcome to Marvel/Spider-Man week in celebration of Spider-Man Homecoming!
We recorded this on ultra settings on the PC. It looks pretty damn good for a 10 year old game. As always we added relevant gameplay, important dialogue and all cutscenes to create a fluid cinematic experience. We hope you enjoy!
The game begins with Dr. Doom and the Masters of Evil launching an attack on the S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier U.N.N. Alpha. Nick Fury sends out a distress call to all available super heroes for assistance. Captain America, Spider-Man, Thor and Wolverine respond to the call. Along with the other heroes, they save the Helicarrier from the forces led by Scorpion, Bullseye, Winter Soldier, Radioactive Man, and Fin Fang Foom. In the wake of the attack, Nick Fury is given permission to start a task force to confront the Masters of Evil and Iron Man allows them to use Stark Tower as their headquarters.

@Christian Trent Depending on your actions, your would make alternate endings. One had almost all involved die at one point or another, one were only a few died, and one were only Xavier died. I think there were more in some consoles.

I always got the good ending, or as close as I can get when it comes to the Mephisto ending. (The Dark Phoenix ending is pretty the good ending since Nightcrawler’s involves the death of Xavier and the end of the X-Men

One of the best games to play. You travel everywhere in the marvel universe, from murderworld to mephisto's realm to asgard to space. It's absolutely brilliant. Ultimate Alliance 2 was a letdown after this. Wanna play it again after watching this

Now this is crossover. And when the MCU didn't even think about existing. Better than Endgame. It encompasses more characters, their mini-universes and backgrounds and you are still part of it all not as a spectator but actively, as a player. Here we have X-Men, Avengers, Fantastic 4, Defenders, Marvel Knights, Midnight Sons, Agents of SHIELD... All against the true greatest Marvel villain: Dr Doom. And here yes, unlike the movie that gives the full role to Iron Man, we have the real heroes (each representing a fundamental Marvel background) of Marvel saving the universe: Wolverine (X-Men), Spider-Man (The publisher's most popular character and the team's solo hero), Thor (representing the publisher's cosmic side) and last but not least, Captain America (Avengers).

I hate to break it to you but there was no crossover at all in this game!!! These are all characters from MARVEL!!! If it was MARVEL and D.C. Comics characters, then it would be a crossover!!!! But since there are no characters from other franchises, the game has no crossover in it!!!

Ok well I’ll break it down for ya: After you beat the Mandarin; he tells you that Jean Grey and Nightcrawler are captures to activate a portal to...well Hell. At first they get captured by a bad guy named Arcade (yes goofy name) who brings to this theme park (where you also find Blade which was BAD ASS!!) Then the heroes end up going to Hell, find Ghost Rider, fight Blackheart, and had to save one X-Man to sacrifice another. Either Jean Grey or Nightcrawler dies. Next you fight Mephisto, defeat Mephisto, then travel to Asgard. You restore the rainbow bridge and find out that Dr. Doom wants to steal the powers of Odin; they travel to Niffelheim to fight the Frost Giants distracting the heroes as Loki steals the Destroyer Armor then Doctor Doom kills all the heroes then is revived by The Watcher. Then they go to space, get a piece of the Makrran Crystal from the Shia’r Empire, and get some power disruptor from Galactus from the Skrull planet to make a device to steal Odin’s powers back. Long story short; The heroes battle Dr. Doom, and Odin gets his powers back and tortures Dr. Doom for eternity.

If you think about it, this is quite similar to the story for Lego Marvel Superheroes. Dr. Doom and Loki gather an army of super-villains to help them harness awesome cosmic power and rule the world, and Nick Fury recruits heroes from across the universe to help him stop the bad guys.

The first game on the xbox i ever played, and to this day the most memorable. Nostalgia at its finest. I remember the thrill of beating Galactus with my friend, or vanquishing the wrecking crew after 10 tries. It was an amazing game with the storyline, differing scenarios depending on your actions, and of course not a pushover in terms of difficulty.

Dr doom is by far the most dangerous marvel villain. Reasons -reprogrammed ultron to serve him. -killed thanos -absorbed the power of silver surfer and even galactus -can not get corrupted by infinity gauntlet -can’t get hit by thors hammer -his tech is unhackable -magic user on dr strange level -has seen every possible timeline in marvel universe. -has diplomatic immunity and has right to rule the earth

Reduced costumes and powers, reduced number of heroes when you would think that a game based off of Civil War would have the largest roster of characters, spotty graphics, and way too many bugs (i.e. the music/sound effects cutting out out of nowhere)

I really hated not having the downloaded characters. At the end the game reviews what you've done good and bad; like if you didnt help Namor the game would tell you that all atlantians (sea people) dispise all surface dwells(us),but if you help namor the opposite - they'd see you in a different light compared to before. I think if you had the right characters it'd leave all character interactions to be finished causing more good than bad. But i wasnt gonna purchase stuff for a videogame. Still wish i could hear the alternatives. Example the choosing b/t Jean Grey and Nightcrawler. Maybe if Cyclops(downloadable character) interacted with Jean the end wouldn't say " you failed or couldn't save both Jean Grey and Nightcrawler" or whatever the exact words were. Huh. All the "what ifs"😌.

what fox and disney making these together? Disney owns the f4 and mutants now so they don't need fox to help. the rights automatically reverts back to Marvel after the merger.
