About The Game: Deadpool is an antihero action comedy beat 'em up video game based on the Marvel Comics character of the same name. The game was developed by High Moon Studios and published by Activision for Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Former Deadpool comic writer Daniel Way created the game's plot, and Nolan North voiced the character. The game received mixed reviews, with plot elements commonly praised and gameplay elements found lacking.

It's kind of funny that the game ends with Galactus swearing revenge on Earth, and then the second game reveals that Thor beat him offscreen between games, so we can focus on Civil War instead.

Wait This came out on 360 and PS3. Not Xbox and PS2. I think you may be confused with X-men Legends. I remember my friends not being able to find X-men Legends Anywhere when it came out. I was unintentionally the coolest kid around for a while.

Uh, the sequel doesn't even touch this game. The sequel is a rehash of civil war with no unique areas besides the city, where the original has its own original story where it has you going to Mephestos Realm, Atlantis, Asgard, A theme park called MurderWorld, and even dooms castle.

Jargon Madjin MUA2 is still a great game, but it was dumbed down immensely. Where is the costume system and the customisable powers? Plus there are less locations and characters. The fusion system was cool though.

Truly this was one of the best representation of the Marvel Universe in a video game ever produced so far. If it was remake for modern game players it would be interesting to see them pull it off with today's consoles and graphics. Thank you so much for doing this for one of my personal favorite Marvel games. :) Please do keep doing these great videos.

Hasan Özuğurlu 36 times here. 11 times on the psp, 15 on the pc and 8 times on the ps3 and 2 times on the Xbox 360. Plus I've modded the shit out of the original 2006 pc release and by now it's mostly a DC game. Playing as batman with the Joker, green arrow and the flash on Your team and kicking doom's ass is a feeling like no other.

I was literally googling if there was any rumors of a new Marvel: Ultimate Alliance game earlier today! Rumor has it that there may be one coming out in 2017, but as always, they are just rumors. It would be great to see something at E3 and make it legit! We are long overdue for a new game! It's been like... 7 years since M:UA 2.

I saw it Friday and jirard let me tell you, I have never cried so much while watching a movie. I'm so in love with Tony and Steve, and Tony with Steve. seeing them battle, the years of friendship they developed flushed down the drain was heart wrenching. I've loved those two for 4 years now and 4 years worth of emotions came out in that theater. it was good and I can't wait for the DVD to come out

My favorite moment on this game was when you sacrifice Jean to save Nightcrawler. As she was saying her goodbye dialog see ended it with "Tell Logan...Goodbye". I had Wolverine in my party and shouted "HELLO!!!!!" to my screen lol

The fact that digital content can just be pulled without warning is why the switch from physical to digital media scares me so much. All it takes is a loss/change of license and you could end up with an incomplete game or have the game itself go missing. Same could happen with movies or music.

My favorite video game of all-time, and I was in my early thirties when I got my hands on it for the Xbox 360; it was the reason my girlfriend at the time and I had gotten the console, specifically for the 8 additional heroes. I was a huge fan of the X-men Legends game as it combined Marvel with team-based simplified roleplaying, including level advancement. I’d dreamed of such a game that would incorporate all of the Marvel Comics multiverse and got one. I was especially happy to have the Hulk as a playable character and he was a BEAST, one of the best ones in the game. While it has its flaws it’s still easily my favorite video game of all-time.

Anyone else marathoning these videos? Nice. When my friends and I played this game, we stuck with the first four characters: Spider-Man, Thor, Wolverine and Captain America. Whenever we unlocked a new character, we'd give them a shot. But in the long run, we stuck with the original team. It's through this game we first learned about Loki, or what we called Elk-Man lol "Oh no, it's (snicker) Elk-Man! Watch out or he'll (snicker) hit you with his horns!" Lmfao good times

I loved the first Marvel Ultimate Alliance which I've played through on the Xbox 360, Wii, and Ps3. I never bother with fully completing games, especially ALL achievements. I prefer just playing through the story, completing all story arcs, searching all areas fully, and doing my best to unlock as much as I can. But, doing a full completion is never something I worry about. So with that said, I loved this game, and I never had any issues or bugs preventing me from loving this game. It's always been one of my favorites, along with its sequel.

This game had my "Bad To The Bone" team: Wolverine, Deadpool, Blade and Ghost Rider. The whole team can regenerate HP and their specials hit multiple enemies.

***** It actually came from the Ratchet and Clank review, Jirard claimed that the game ran at 60 FPS but all other sources I looked up said 30 FPS. It was the same case with Hyrule Warriors when he was talking about performance.

Spoilers: There's a section where you have to choose to sacrifice Jean or sacrifice Kurt (NightCrawler), and there no way around it. Apparently the good ending is to sacrifice Jean and she comes back as the Dark Phoenix looking for revenge. Because if you sacrifice Kurt the Raven (Mystique) kills Professor X which leads to the X-Men disbanding forever. Talk about BS two tailed coin.

I don't get how you'd think the story wasn't good. It was pretty interesting and had twists and turns and the lead up being Doom taking Odin's power was not expected. Occasional story choices also mattered if you did tasks or ignored them as well. Not to mention there were many different areas in the Marvel universe explored. If anything it suffered from it's era of graphics. Playing this with friends was one of my great gaming memories.

+BladeBlurX A lot of people didn't like it because you're locked out of half the cast for half the game. After the first couple missions, you have to choose: Team Cap, or Team Iron Man? Can't use Iron Man, War Machine, Fantastic Four, etc, if you're Team Cap. But after a while, a new big bad emerges and forces everyone to work together again.

Actually, at the time of this game's release Nick Fury was black and more similar to his movie counterpart in the Ultimate comics, which the MCU takes a lot of queues from canonically speaking. In fact in that universe Nick Fury has looked exactly like the version that was put to screen since 2001, so really there was a 7 year period where Nick Fury was both black and white. Sorry, didn't mean to be "that guy" a year late.

Well a earlier this they updated the Games on Demand version of both games so they include the DLC. Problem is the dlc is not available seperatly and you have to buy the digital version but you can complete it now so no excuses Jirard you have to complete the second one :P

For me, I would always play as my favorite hero from my four favorite movie series of the time; Spider-Man, Daredevil, Wolverine and Human Torch :D While I kept the others with the default outfits, I would play with ultimate Wolverine. Sometimes I'd use Spider-Man's symbiote outfit or use the symbiote outfit while also using Daredevil's yellow suit :D Sometimes I'd play with just Spider-Man and Daredevil, ether both default suits or symbiote and yellow suit :)

Probably the reason I loved this game so much is I played the second one first, and having either felt dissatisfied or wanting more, it was a welcome change, with MORE content than the sequel. More locations, more levels, more characters, more rpg elements, with a tone which I appreciated more, and ultimate abilities were basically fusions. And I learned allot more about the Marvel Universe as well.

They've just recently updated the sequel where if you purchase the on-demand version you get the DLC, I just bought it the other day while it was on sale and it was a dream come true.

Got this game for PS2, PSP and PS3. I already knew about the likes of Spider-Man, X-Men and the Fantastic Four, but this game introduced me to the entire Marvel Universe, so it has a special place in my heart. If only DC could have made a game like this...

This game is responsible for my interest in superheroes that aren't Spider-Man. I played this thing enough that I memorized every answer to the trivia questions (half of which are probably out of date by now), and whenever I read Marvel comics I tend to hear a lot of these voices - especially the Thor, Loki, Deadpool, Doctor Strange, and Doctor Doom. Yes, John Kassir's Deadpool trumps Nolan North and Ryan Reynolds for me (if only because this was my first exposure to Deadpool).

I remember finding a glitch where I got to play as Silver Surfer without doing the comic missions. I don't remember exactly what I did but I did something and then went to sleep and woke up to play again and Silver Surfer was in my lineup. Pretty cool cause I remember him being one of my favorite characters in this game.
