This game is better than MvC2 or 3. The infinite and absurd damage combos were much harder and less common. And the screen did not get covered in so many colors flashing that you could not see WTF was going on.
Roll actually isn't completely bad if you know what you're doing. The rock ball can be the most annoying thing when coupled with specials and good movement.
She plays best as a keep away character, being hard to hit/combo and annoying you with her flowers and buster shots, while super jumping and abusing her beater plane for chip damage or cross up damage. Her combo damage sucks bad, but is mitigated by reset throws and being able to cross up after an air combo. she is not a rush down player due to her being slow and dealing crap damage. Like any character, she takes alot of practice to make her work, but yes, she is the worst in the game. Its very rewarding to beat people with her because the players will get salty and bring out the op secret characters lol.
Damn roll putting a good fight nice, tell me do you play on ggpo couse i never seen you there, btw nice matches. You can check our channel if you like to see marvel vs capcom games... soon a combo videos are coming
You just seem like you're upset that you can't follow what's going on in 3. Not everyone can, but that's no reason to trash on the game. It's a lot better balanced than it's ever been in a versus game.
even though SF and MvC and very different games, roll stand no chance whatsoever i guess she's a joke character not meant to be take into some serious events.
Then imagine him in Marvel Super Heroes where infinite loop combos are so easy to do like bnb's. This spiderman is also no different from mvsf and mvc2.
I know this was done a while ago, but there is a difference between playing Dee Jay or T. Hawk and playing Dan, or any guest character in fighting intentionally designed to be bad. Look at Link when you play him in Soul Calibur 2, or any of his fighting game incarnations. His moves are readable, his fighting style is short and predictable after a few minutes, and even a skilled expert has to avoid the fact that for the most part, his attack speed is severely low, leaving him wide open in heat.
Surely you jest. I understand the game better than you and I don't even own or play MvC3 MvC3's system is based on what was really a bug/error that resulted in one-hit kill for some characters. Now it's half the cast that do so, which actually makes it imbalanced as half the cast is pointless for tournament play in MvC3 (ironically better than what was happening in MvC2)
What's the difference. I seen players go nuts with mega man just as I have seen players be sick with the sentinel, or roll, or bot. Everyone has their character.
And you are full of shit if you are to claim that the massive effects in MvC3 do not cover up the area visually, as the ability to bomb the screen with projectiles & attacks is part of the mix-ups and traps. The game is of a very offensive nature, turtling or playing defensively is a fail strategy since you have to guess on defense rather than react, as opposed to a game like Tekken.
uhhh, wtf is this. get Agito from GGPO to own these scrubs. He's from Japan and he's 20 times better then all these guys. Shit I'M 20 times better then these guys.
