Doomsday doesn't evolve during battle. He evolves through death. Also power of impact does matter. By your definition he could survive being hit by an asteroid because some random dude punched him once, and he evolved to survive impacts. That's dumb, and inaccurate. The whole reason doomsday has bone pretursions, and why those pertursions get more, and more extravagant is him evolving to higher levels of impact.

sentry is the most powerfull energy-based superhero of marvel (human at least), and one of the most powerfull in strenght. it's comparable to superman. And WW Hulk wasn't defeated. he just feel releef after such a battle against someone he didn't saw as an enemy (he just stop being angry for a moment). besides WW Hulk is smart, it's not de dumb brute of other times. WWH and Bruce Banner are way smarter than DD and any who has defeated him

I'm going with hulk too. there's no upper limit to his strength as long as he remains angry. it's now how angry he gets, it's how long he remains angry. his strength just keeps going. I think he'd win eventually, and if/when doomsday comes back and is evolved, the fight would go on longer, but eventually hulk will just get stronger. thus negating the current evolution and win again. as long as the hulk remains angry, there's no limit to his strength. I'm pretty sure he's gonna stay pissed while doomsday is beating on him. in a nutshell, doomsday evolves to not be killed in the same way twice. if hulk gets even stronger the longer he's angry he will surpass the strength level that killed doomsday in the last battle. doomsday will continue to evolve and the hulk will just get stronger. plus... doomsday has taken centuries to come back. I don't even know if that should count.

I get that what you said is a very real possibility, but I do believe that in both cases he was bludgeoned to death by fists. The battle would continue until some cosmic entity, such as The Living Tribunal, put an end to it. Thanos with the IG could also probably stop it, as could Franklin Richards. Physical strength, no matter how great, is no match for magic or reality-warping power. WB Hulk's battle with Dr. Strange was idiotic. He could have easily sent them both to pocket dimensions from which they could not escape.

Problem with original post is that hulk isn't mindless. He does think. He often tries to limit collateral. Which means there is a mind still present be it banner or something else. Doomsday however is often the opposite. He is portrayed as a savage beast seeking his quarry endgame until completion be that superman, the death of his tormentors or even just the urge to fight and kill. Granted both vary based on story and writer so one can't say with 100% accuracy any version is the definitive one and ultimately if they ever did face in the comics the winner would be both and neither. That's the way comics work. They won't kill of a character permanently. Not while it's still popular and a viable money maker. And even if they did they'd make it where there was backdoor ways to bring them back. Like cloning, alternate realities, magic, etc. Basically your not dead in comics unless your uncle Ben or batman or Robin's parents. They're the enly ones that stay dead. That's the problem with who would win crossovers, like Freddy vs Jason or Godzilla vs Kong for example. You're not gonna kill a cash cow while it's still making milk

Superman has already done that and if you didn't know, once Doomsday is killed he resurrects and when he comes back he's immune to the way he died before. Plus Doomsday is a kyrptonian and Hulk can't even compare to a kyrptonian when it comes to strength, durability, speed, powers, or anything else for that matter. No version of Hulk can beat Doomsday. And Hulk never stepped on the ground and nearly destroyed the Earth. All he did was cause an earthquake in the city. That's nowhere near close to destroying the Earth. Hulk has never destroy a planet. Doomsday is much stronger than Hulk and if he can penetrate Superman's skin then he can definitely do the same to Hulk. Doomsday wins, because he is much faster then Hulk. He literally has Superman running for his life because he can't keep up, and he beat up the Flash going full speed. There's just no way Hulk can even remotely keep up with him. Not to mention Superman already beat Doomsday to death so Hulk can't repeat that feat, leaving him no options.
