Some easter eggs: the code Mack gives Coulson to open the case 136 is the total number of episodes in the series. If you look closely at the Coulson Academy sign the SHIELD logo on the right has a daisy in the middle of it. And the name Alya means Sky in Arabic. I love the little touches they put in.

In an interview, the actor for Deke said there was a post credit scene that didn't get filmed. Something about being in SHIELD. You see the back of a chair, as it turns around its Deke wearing an eyepatch. Both his eyes are fine. He's just trying to be like Nick Fury. Sometimes he puts the patch on the wrong eye.

Can't believe it took me so long to catch this.... I watched the finale the night it aired. I watched like a dozen reactors react to it, and just spotted it now. Fitz calls Alya "little monkey". FITZ FINALLY GOT THE MONKEY HE WANTED!! :) (I'm not crying, you're crying)

Alya Fitz-Simmons and Morgan Stark are going to be best friends eventually. It is known.

He compared it to if David Bowie had been the head of Mi6 or Bruce Springsteen had secretly been the head of the FBI. So, that's my new canon. Also my head-canon: Phil does come back and lecture at Coulson Academy after his travels, and the slow burn starts between them again after he decides to keep teaching (like he did in the framework, only less Hydra-friendly). They finally get married when they're 60, and everyone from the old team gets together again for their wedding, just like they did for Daisy and Sousa's wedding years before.

The code for the case was 1-3-6 - this was the 136th episode of AoS. Coulson was given his off-switch (he said he would take the year to reassess and now he has the power to turn off if he wants). Alya is the cutest child EVER. Daisy died and was revived - so she has that in common with mom and dad.

one of the rare shows that ends well. Because the writers knew they were ending, they decided to end, not to drag on and on and just fizzle out, they got to plan it properly and tie it up and give a really satisfying ending. Wish more shows learnt from this. A bad ending can ruin all that came before, (GOT...) a good one makes it all so much better.

I guess this means Sousa was technically in season 6. It seems like Daisy is SWORD now. May embracing the cavalry name showing that she accepted that part of her character was awesome. Kora wasn’t a super complex or developed character but I think it was just enough focus to make her somewhat interesting and for her to be there for Daisy.

I think all of us can agree that this ending was way more satisfying/definitive than season 5 as that ending was sad and depressing as hell!! considering fitz and coulson died. An amazing ending end to one of the best series in the last decade.

This was the exact opposite of Game of Thrones finale. It was feel good. No one died. Everyone was happy and all loose ends were tied up nicely.

I found this channel 2 weeks ago looking for a buffy 5-16 reaction. Then I watched all the highlights from the buffyverse (there were many). Then I saw you did AOS, which is one of my favorite shows, and incredibly rewatchable. Highlighted through season 1 and midway through 2, I started watching every video. This show is so damn good. What a delight to see you follow the same journey I started almost a decade ago.

Kora is the 🔑, I thought it was Dawn😀. AOS is using the QR for time travel like in Endgame. At the end they go back to the og timeline in 2020. That was amazing, the 4 pp in the blue suits in the S6 Finale, were YoYo, Sousa, Simmons, and Fitz. Fitz and Simmons have a beautiful daughter.

They made an LMD Davis. Everyone is kind of still in Shield but in separate teams. Except I think for Daisy who I think is starting what by 2023 when Fury returns will become Sword.

Spy's goodbye was genuinely heartwarming

Agents of SHIELD big bad ranking 1. Aida (arguably the best villain of the entire series ever as the storyline and character development that came out of Aida was phenomenal, all very well acted and performed by Mallory Jansen) 2. Glenn Talbot (such a good character with a great character development as we see him go from an annoying military general, to an ally and friend of SHIELD, and finally into the MCU's version of Graviton) 3. Holden Radcliffe (one of the best anti-villains in the show as well as in the MCU. He has such a good character development and the storyline that came out of him brought one of the best episodes of Agents of SHIELD) 4. Hive (a good villain with a great CGI design. He was also the very reason of why HYDRA was created in the first place, making him one of the overarching antagonists of the MCU) 5. John Garrett (a good villain with a good rivalry with Phil Coulson. The Clairvoyant storyline was, in my opinion, one of the most interesting mysteries of the show) 6. Daniel Whitehall (although he is just a scientist, Whitehall is one of the most impactful villains of the show ever as he was responsible for ruining Daisy Johnson's family as well as being partly responsible for the dark future of Season 5 via the creation of Ruby Hale and the Destroyer of Worlds Project) 7. Izel (a fine villain with interesting powers and has a interesting connection to Sarge and the Monoliths we've been seeing throughout the show) 8. Jiaying (she works well in Season 2, but i do think that they shouldn't have revealed her true colors near the season finale as it just came out of nowhere. Like they could've given us hints throughout the back half of the season that she was evil) 9. Eli Morrow (i think Morrow works as Ghost Rider's main villain, but i do think that he should've been at the forefront of the first arc instead of Lucy Bauer) 10. Kasius (i think the actor does a good job in the role and i do like how evil his character is, but he mostly does nothing but monologue throughout the first half Season 5) 11. Nathaniel Malick (not that compelling as his brother, Gideon. He has a fine rivalry with SHIELD, but otherwise i just found his character generic) 12. Sibyl (obviously the worst villain in the show ever as she and the Chronicoms are so generic)

Marvel posted on RU-vid the final table read by the cast... I haven't watched it yet, I want to hold onto one last piece of something from them to look forward to.

It's become cliche for writers to pull the trigger on killing main characters during final seasons and finales. I feel like this worked to AoS' advantage on keeping everyone alive and giving them a happy ending, one we wanted to see for these characters we love. It was very fulfilling.

honest, this season was so good! I loved Sousa being brought in as I loved watching Agent Carter too. also explains why Peggy didn't marry Sousa, as he had died... in theory. ALSO i loved when may and cora fought, cuz I was like "aw... it's like watching mulan sparring with lonnie" LOL

1, why nothing about deke? he was what? 30-35? stuck in nmid 80s? so he should be 70-75? why no old deke showing? 2, why did the fitz simmons daughter when she was in the container have such an extreme british accent ?

Some interesting facts: - In case people don't know but SHIELD does not exist within the main MCU timeline. Multiple things on screen allude to this and statements made by the showrunner a while back confirm this. - Even though Daisy, Sousa and Korra being in space alludes to SWORD it seems that the showrunners were not allowed to use it. - Bill Paxton's own son plays his younger self and he did a great job. ''I'm in the hen house, Time to fry some chicken'' is probably the best line of the final two episodes.

Everyone questions why Fitz-Simmons daughter has blonde hair, well if you go back to Season 4 Episode 12 Hot Potato, Fitz holds a picture of his mum and him (Actually Ian’s Mother in real life) and he had slightly blonde hair as a child, so its hereditary!

17:40 "How did you do that?" My guess is that Daisy and Kora have similar power in that they use vibrations to produce energy. With Daisy, it is slow but massive waves of energy aka quakes. Kora's seem to be so fast she turns molecules of air into pure energy. The energy that not only devastates but regenerates like their mother's ability to heal.

Agents of SHIELD season ranking 1. Season 4 (with a shout-out to Mallory Jansen, Season 4 is THE best season of Agents of SHIELD ever. It is the perfect example of great tone, writing, acting, and character development as it uses the Darkhold as the main Macguffin in all of the three main arcs and tying in altogether into one great, big, emotional conclusion of a phenomenal season) 2. Season 5 (a great season with a great concept of time travel. I definitely like how the season was written as if it were to be the final season at the time. It also gets points for tying in Thanos as he is essentially the REAL big bad of Season 5 as his reputation and impending attack on Earth is what caused the formation of the Confederacy and Talbot being motivated to destroy the Earth) 3. Season 2 (definitely one of my favorite seasons as it has the introduction of Inhumans, a tie-in to Age of Ultron, and it really dives in more of Daisy Johnson's origins) 4. Season 3 (i do think the pacing for this season was kinda slow, but otherwise i have no problems with it. I definitely enjoyed Brett Dalton as the main villain Hive and how he essentially created HYDRA in the MCU) 5. Season 1 (i don't have problems with this season, but i do understand why people would put this low on the list. It was only when the events of The Winter Soldier has taken in effect on this season and the show from then on started to evolve into something greater) 6. Season 7 (as much as i liked the time travel aspect this season, the writing for the villains was not handled well in 13 episodes) 7. Season 6 (although i enjoyed Clark Gregg's villainous performance as Sarge, the season fails to juggle two different main storylines together in 13 episodes)

I don't think you can really say that Daisy beat Nathaniel. The fight established that they were evenly matched, it's just that she was willing to sacrifice herself to destroy the ships.

I love this show; it's sad to see it go. This was such a better ending than if they had ended with season 5. I'm happy it got to go out as it did, it became "the little show that could". I wish the larger MCU would have embraced stronger ties - not in terms of characters or changes to AoS stories; more acknowledging AoS' impact in the universe it shared with the movies. This show has amazed me, because in the beginning I was very critical of the show, but I stuck it out and overtime I liked more of what they were doing. This in contrast to other shows that I began watching around the same time that I really loved in their earlier seasons, that ultimately became a let down; and also ended very disappointingly.

3 take away I got from the epilogue 1) they're back to original timeline, mean Enoch still alive. BTW, I don't see why they can't plug that thing back into him anyway. 2) Mac got himself a group of Chronicom w/ empathy for agents. 3) they said "this team never in the same room again", but it includes Deke. ergo, nothing stop the rest of the team get back together minus Deke. Beside, Fitz-Simmons is too young to retired, too much science and tech still to be had from those two (or three). Simmons obviously still working on the side. Hopefully, they'll get pickup on the Disney Plus.
