Marvin transformed and matured so much after his loss to Izzy. Before that he seemed delusional, naive and cringe. It was actually not surprising he got his shorts backwards at that time! But he is so much more chill, mature, has stronger character, personality and is likeable as a person. Before he was manically screaming for a shot against Izzy, wrongly believing he had a chance. Now he is confidently and contently working through opponents and legitimately improving.
