It is in the The Quiet Crucible of our personal private sufferings that our noblest dreams are born and God's greatest gifts are given - Wintley Phipps
Around 15:00 or so, Marvin Winans talks about the beauty and importance of a father's prayers. So many homes really have no covering because the fathers are absent. The women do all they can, but there is no substitute for the strength of a father's prayers to God for his children.
Awesome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is such great wealth presented here! Pop Winans left a tremendous legacy. The illegitimate child of a teenage girl and God shows that He does His greatest work with the least of us. This brought tears to my eyes and encourages me in knowing that a life lived to God's glory will be still giving to others long after it's over in this world. GLORY TO GOD IN THE HIGHEST!!!!!
I really love those Winans. I especially love CeCe so much. She was a little lady when I first saw her at PTL. I admire her so much. I hope she lives a long time as least before I leave here. I love the whole family forever. I wish I was in your family because of the love they show for each other, God bless the Winans. forever and ever.
Oh my about 15:20 when he said Pop winans would put on a suite to pray at home.. My grandfather does that too...He's a pastor and is 81 years old. I can remember waking up at my grand parents house and my papa would have already been up at about 4 something outside talking to God. It must be something about that generation. Funny thing is my family is so like the Winans everyone sings and like my dad and uncles are preachers/pastors.
I love God! Look at how he used Pop Winans to leave such a rich legacy, not only for his children, but for other so-called fatherless children... In spite of the fact that he himself didn't have a father he was a remarkable father. His noblest dreams were indeed born in the private crucible of his suffering from growing up with the pain of a father who denied him the love and care he needed. He decided to make God his Father and the rest is history!!!
They are so humble and I love the way they love each other! My mother was an only child and she always told us (3 girls) to always stick together. My sisters were 19 years, 17 years old and I was 14 years old when she passed away November 20, 1988. She was almost 37. My sisters and I have lived in several states as we are a military family yet we have always managed to stay together! She instilled alot into us. Neither of us have ever been to jail. We all have college degrees and all of our kids are doing well (military and college) So single mothers y’all can still instill the love of God into your kids. My mother took us to church and we had to work in the church once we got to church. Then she moved us to the property that bordered the church. Thank God!
What an awesome man of God Pop Winans was, and still is. His spirit lives on in the presence of his children, especially his sons. This video has been a blessing to me as I watch this man of God teach about the importance of being a REAL man of God and father, as he stands as a representative of that man. Thank you Pastor Winans for being the man your dad taught you to be. God bless you. Thank you for sharing this video.
Legacy of a Father and his children. Let God have his way. So beautiful...Family stay together no matter the situation. Always be on time for God...Such Truth🙏🎤😍Nothing like a man servant praying...Jesus Loves 💞💙💛😍🙏The amazing Father has a foundation from God to endure and stand no matter what comes your way...
This Interview is a Gem . Absolutely Delightful !! The Wisdom This Godly Father Put Forth While Sharing the Stories of His own Father were Heartwarming and Inspirational !! And What An Amazing Sense of Humor Bishop Winans Has !! The Bishop Had Me ROLLING !!!...
I can attest to that, my son grew up with an absent, unconnected father BUT he is a great father to his sons. He never misses a function they participate in. Nothing like having a parent to train and guide you. Praise God for what He has stored in my son to store in his son. Pop Winans was a man after God’s heart! Blessings to the Winan’s Family!
Bishop Marvin Winans, one of my favorite Pastor & Bishop. I don't know him, but by the Spirit. His life experiences that he shares, about his father, makes him a very special man. Men who are trained & weaned by a father will grow to be Great men & leaders. "God continue to bless Bishop Winans & all of his family. Keep him in all Your Ways. Let him experience your anointing in greater measure & allow him to release that grace to the many sons, natural & spiritual".
I sure learned some Winans Family history on this vid. Wow, Pops Winan certainly was a great Dad & great Man of God! Reminds me of my Dad with having the 3 jobs to support alot of children.
Great men of God. Great Preachers. Rev/Pastor Marvin Winans Sr with his son Jr along with one of the best Opera voice in gospel music Dr Wintley Phipps. Thanks for sharing and what a great video. Glory to God.

I wanted to know about do the church hid gay people identiy.buy marrying them that the people don't believe that God is using gay people to preach in the churches. My family member some are gay in the church they are prayer leaders and teaching the true word of God. My question is If they believe in his word why are they gay if God heal and blessed them to be called to preach in the churches. Don't God help them fight that type of temptations .
Lisa its a choice. They may know the word and teach it, but they are not living it. No church should have them teaching anyone. What you do is pray earnestly for God to speak to their hearts and they will obey. God bless you
