Wouldnt nanogene conversion also make all of your opponents creatures into marvos as well? then if you lose the clash, they get the multiple triggers since theyre winning the clash, right?

I feel like theres some kind of combo/loop that could be done with Ringskipper+Phyrexian alter and Sapphire medallion? Assuming you can keep winning clashes you could probably get a lot of value out of it. Working on a Marvo Sea monster style deck since those are normally simic piles.
