It’s pretty obvious what’s happening. Cooking in Argentina is much easier than cooking in that poverty stricken village of nyabohanse. They are grocery stores where everything is packaged. The chicken is already cut up and packaged. She doesn’t have to use firewood. She has running water in the house. She has electricity and a working stove and a fridge. Cooking in nyabohanse is medieval. What Rocio sees in Marwa, I will never know.

Exactly, they thought she couldn't cook. But she can cook, just not in that feudal, backwards setting in that village where everything is on the ground and no modern amenities. Jeez, I feel sad for Rocio everyday for falling into such a terrible trap.

It is really none of my business but I can't understand why Marwa does not learn to eat other types of food. He boasts about travelling to so many countries, yet he does not learn to eat their national dishes. I would not like to have to deal with anyone like that because I cook foods from different countries.

Rocio was resistant to cooking and performing the duties of a house wife in the villa because it wasn't her plan to be a mail order bride. She thought that she would be living a life of luxury in Africa and being waited on by servants and an in house chef. Rocio doesn't consider Marwa her husband because there was never a formal wedding. Getting pregnant by someone, isn't the same as being married.

Aint being negative but hygiene is key. Marwa helped rocio cooking ugali but didn't see marwa washing his hand cooking ugali. He was picking pieces of ugali from gas stove & returning to the pan. 3rdly at the dinning table he was touching the table and never washed his hands but scooped ugali

He has money. Imagine if you get paid approximately 300 per day and you do not spend any. You do not pay your workers and if you need to do a project you beg for donation . Money is coming in but not going out of course you will have money. He is a very smart person. Just observe the way he operates.
