U can boil marvai for 5 min n den the shells will open easily no need of knife n the marvai flesh ll be one side of the shell.. do try it next time wen u cook marvai
Hey Sudeshna, I tried that way also, but I found that whenever we boil marwai we don’t get that oceany taste to it.. hence I shown the other two ways, so that there is no compromise in the taste.
