What a terrific premiere! Clarification: 1. The survivors are Numbuh 1, Jimmy, and at the very end, Evil Stewie. 2. The corrupted character is Chad. 3. At 0:34, Numbuh 1 joins to help Jimmy right after Countdown. 4. At the end, Evil Stewie shoots Chad through the head, killing him. He will return in COMMON ENEMY.

Clarification. The survivors are Numbah 1, Jimmy, and Evil Stewie at the VERY END. The corrupted is Chad. Chad is killed at the end, and then Evil Stewie appears, and while this seems bad, seeing as a log with all 3 of them happened some time ago, he didn’t kill them.
