She just walked up there and belted one of the best version of that song ever, then just walks off like it was nothin. All praise and glory and honor be to God!
Awww, he is making that organ talk in heaven!!! Haven't heard any other race that can beat a Black person playing the organ or piano ..!!! In the church...
My Grandmother loved this song...at her homegoing service my cousin did this song and one thing I know my Grandmother made preparation to be with her father...so I smile everytime I hear this song...she's gone on home to be with him and I'm just happy knowing that
You just don't hear it done like this anymore. I grew up listening to the old songs of Zion. This is one of my all time favorites. She tore it up!!! And he wore that organ out!!! Brought back so many wonderful memories when we "REALLY HAD CHURCH".
When you hear of my homegoing, don't worry 'bout me. When you hear of my homegoing, don'tcha worry 'bout me. When you hear of my homegoing, don'tcha worry 'bout me, I'm just another soldier going home to be with the Lord. One thing I know, 'sho been born again. One thing I know, 'sho been born again. One thing I know, 'sho been born again, I'm just another soldier going home to be with the Lord.

Precious memories and bless you for these posts of chuch!!! as we knew it back in the day.
