Great video! For anyone watching in the US who wants to make this, you would not use orange "jelly", you would use orange gelatin. My son is obsessed with these and now they have donuts in the UK Krispy Kreme. I am going to make the biscuit/cookies for him. You can buy Jaffa cakes in The World Market or Meijer's if you have one.

I also love Jaffa cakes, but have stopped buying the only variety I know of in the US (LU brand) because I don't know if the chocolate is fair trade, and I oppose the child slavery involved in the mega-brand chocolate trade. This vid inspires me to make my own with the ingredients I want.
+icemom20 in England our jelly is sold in cubes mostly rather then powder. They are concentrated cubes and then we need to dilute and melt them in water to use them. Hope that helps :)
