Walt Disney of all people. It was part of the Good Neighbor Policy that Eisenhower put in place to try to promote peace between countries. Disney scooped up several artists, musicians, photographers, ect. to go with him to Brazil and try to capture some of the culture of Brazil to expose to American audiences.
