It's Day 17 of 8K and today we wanted to talk about where we're at with everything because yesterday - a difficult day all round - Mary made a decision.
This is our 21 days-in-a-row show,
where we try to find the best way to spend £8K.
We came up with the idea because Mary was offered a place to do a Masters in Scriptwriting at the UEA and it costs roughly £8K, which is quite a chunk of money. We found ourselves pondering on whether this is really the best way to spend £8K.
Yesterday was a day for reflection and for figuring out where to go from here.
We both felt sad that we were no longer going to be attempting the huge challenge of putting on the event at Epic, and with the loss of that big goal, we needed to figure things out.
There are still 4 days left after this. Who knows what will happen next!
