Thinking about buying this brand. I am not absorbing my multivitamin pill well. I heard that liquid vitamins absorb in your bloodstream more easily. I am also vegan!
If you have thyroid problems, definately take liquid than pills or capsules. Those with hashimoto's, should always strive for liquids as your gut won't absorb your meds or suppliments.
I would definitely consult a medical professional if you’re worried about side effects or if it safe for you personally. It’s a multivitamin and from what I’ve read multivitamins are a supplement to an already healthy lifestyle, if taken as directed. But again, if you have any questions or concerns, I would talk to a doctor.
Did I miss something or did you ever talk about whether or not you felt better after being on the vitamins for awhile? You talked about every aspect of it but I watched the video and I don't member you saying if you felt more energetic and felt better over all?
I definitely felt better after using this vitamin and noticed a huge difference in my energy. Especially in comparison to now (I'm taking a different supplement currently) and will be going Mary Ruth's after I finish what I'm using.
It doesn't not taste like strawberry pop tart.... It's chalky and nasty with a hint of fruit. We have to mix our with a little juice. Non of the liquid ones taste good
Vitamins taste ok but for some weird reason it reminds me of the castor oil we took as children in the 50's. It doesn't taste like that. Just a weird deja-vu flavor. Also, I have fairly regular arythmia events and these seemed to have aggravated them. Heart beat became more irregular. I'm not a doctor but can add once I stopped taking them my heart went back to it's normal rate of arythmias.
Good afternoon ! I am a new follower. I have digestion problems and I have been dealing with IBS for years. Does anyone reading this know if this helps with those problems?
