Recipe & Ingredients
-80 gram Ghee
-750 gram Okra
-1/2 TSP Cumin
-1 TBSP Ginger/Garlic Paste
-500 gram Onions
-500 gram Toamtoes
-1/4 TSP Turmeric
-1/2 TSP Red Chilli Powder
-1 TSP Coriander Powder
-Salt to taste
-4-5 Green Chillies
-1 TSP Raw Mango Powder (Aamchoor)
In a pan we will fry 750 gram Okra until its light brown in color.
Then a another pan we will add 80 gram ghee, when hot enough will add 1/2 tsp cumin and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste. Then will add 200 grams of sliced onions and will cook until light brown in color.
Once cooked, add 250 grams tomatoes slices, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, and salt to taste. Cook for 7-8 minutes. Once cooked add 300 grams sliced onions. Cook this for 2-3 minutes and add 4-5 slices green chillies and cook for 2 minutes. Now add the fried okra and cook for 2 minutes and then add 250 gram diced tomatoes and 1 tsp raw mango powder. Now let it cook for 5-7 minutes.
Now its ready to be served!
