We loved the recipe and your gentle and detailed way of explaining! The fish tasted a lot like what my mom makes, although her method is a bit different. I also added a couple of teaspoons of brown sugar to balance out the imli and spices. I would also use more onions, maybe 2-3 instead of just 1, and accordingly increase the rest of the ingredients, as we like our fish curry with more gravy. Saving this recipe and we shall make it again! Thank you!
