After messing with the new MPC the One & The Live II, I opted out of the Maschine + due to its stability; however, after the updates, I was told to give it a shot - Now, after getting the Maschine +, all updated and everything installed - cannot wait to dive in and make music.

My man used fruity loops, he make music and wrote music like a spider web. Nobody in our group back then could read it. He made the beat by lil wayne "watch my shoes" in less then 2 days. I was blown away. All I said was "I love this beat" something about how it's so hyphy. Days later, he said I wanna show you something. It was the beat.
How to you make different patterns with the same drum sounds. Example: scene 1 with pattern 1 : High hats and clap Scene 2 with pattern 2: kick clap and high hats. Whenever i hit duplicate and try to mute certain sounds it changes the whole song verse just a particular scene.
Thanks for the video! One question..how did you record your Maschine Plus Audio and your voice? I see only the Headphones put in the M+, right? Searching for the easiest way to record my videos with the M+. I‘m recording the audio in an external audio interface and have my voice recorded to Rode Wireless Go...but one less „gear“ would be nicer in my setup 😋
No problem! My set up is, Headphone splitter, which an aux cable goes to my camera’s mic input directly, and then the other goes to my jbl speaker or headphones. I record my voice using my logic on my computer, since these are kind of tutorial videos. I just sync the audio from my mic and my camera in post.
After append how do u apply it and have it play or save as a full song? After I lay it all out in append it just plays a loop of one of the scene patterns and not the whole laid out song
@@DDS825 yep I figured that out. I must have a default SD CARD because when I store new file projects (song ideas) they disappear from the saved files (menu) on the device but when using storage mode I do see the project files in Finder mode in my iMac. Can any replacement SD Card work. I don't want to get too deep creating beats and ideas are not being stored on the Maschine +
I haven't had it happen much. If it did happen, I just swapped out the vst I was using. I'm going to experiment with this and find another alternative.
