Welcome to a new series I created called “Mascot Concepts” where I create mascots for teams that don’t have one. In This episode I create mascots for the NFL team the Green Bay Packers!
You can call the cow Wilma. I think the cow is the best idea. As a Packers fan, I would love to have a cow mascot representing the Packers! That would be cool! I don’t think the polar bear would be the best because in the preseason it is actually warm in Green Bay.
I think a clever thing you could do is name any of the mascots after some kind of cheese, because Cheeseheads and all that. Might I suggest "Colby"? It's a type of cheese developed in Wisconsin.
Truth to tell, the Packers DID have a mascot back in the day, his name was Packy Packer. Alas, the NFL retired huddles in 1986. So as of now, the Packers are mascot-free.
Just a heads up. When you say Wisconsin, you use the C to hard. We use the first i more. I usually don't correct people on things, but its just so annoying hearing news outlets, and people saying Wisconsin in that way. I like the first concept, it makes a lot of sense
Actually I Thought A Frog Could Be A Good Mascot For The Green Bay Since The Team Is Called The Green Bay And Frogs Are Green Know That Doesn't Count For Kermit The Frog And His Song It's Not Easy Being Green
Maybe a mouse 🐁since they like 🧀cheese I like the cow idea now the polar bear 🐻❄️one I don't think they should do with the bears in the division and keep in mind the Maple leafs have a polar bear as there mascot as well
