Gregson creeps under the bridge in SD to capture the destruction at one of the world’s most epic DIYs. Keep up with Thrasher Magazine here: www.thrashermag... / thrashermagazine / thrashermag / thrashermag
I can't even fathom the control and balance it takes to skate like that... let alone film?!? Don't get me wrong the skating was unbelievable but ya gotta give it up for the filming
You can get to that level. It just takes being un-employed, sleeping in a van, never having a real job, liver damage and knee surgeries (paid for by hard working tax payers) and just generally being a POS and never contributing to society. And dying young. But hey, dream big.
How could anyone not like this video? These are the type of dudes that when you skate with them your actually afraid for them. Its scary to watch! But so sick!
When u go to this park you see insanely gnarly stuff that doesn’t even look humanly possible and I kinda question why it’s there, these guys are the reason I guess.
Chris Cope carving through death pulling it off hauling ass omg the ripper that must've felt sooo good his face was "100% pure adrenaline" -point break
Fs feeble on the half cradle is so fucked. That thing has so much over vert, It curls over. I’ve skated here once and wasn’t even able to carve the cradle 😂 Since then, I’ve only been skating DIY spots. No more parks for me. DIY’s are the shit! 🤘🏼
Ok, Gregson... I'm a believer now. That was the most creative style of filming I've seen in a very long time. P.S. If you're not watching this at 720p/60fps, you are really missing out!
This park is a monster. Like Jaws is to surfing, Washington Street is to Southern Cal skateboarding. Even if its beyond your abilities, this park is a must-see. Daunting. Unique.
I been skating about a year and a half, my progression has been alright and I'm very proud of myself. Sometimes I actually think im good but then I watch a thrashed video and am quickly humbled and remember where I am at with my skate level, which is like a 2 out of 10 after watching this 😂🥲
We need somebody to give us an opinion versus concrete parts for skateboarders and wooden parts for skateboards that will have been a skateboarder themselves with money to put out to build a park
Jesus Christ Chris, your filming is outta control!! It's rare to see filming that's as good as the skating, and all the skaters were fucking mind blowing!!
You just have to skate everyday. Get comfortable on flatground and cruising, then cruising fast, then take it to mini ramps or bowls, then go deep. The gold is in the journey, not your skill level. The secret to getting ahead is getting started.
