Some Reds or Oranges have harsh dyes or chemicals needed to create those shades and may cause irritation even burns on eye area or eyes...theyre also very difficult to remove...so Some Makeup Companies have removed those shades or chemicals and avoid Law Suits...if i see that warning im not purchasing the product / item..ive seen videos of other Makeup Artists on RU-vid that have been sued or have had to discontinue their Business all together because ppl just stopped using their products ...or they closed their business or brand and had to start all over again with a new brand or Company ....be careful using this palette...or anything with a warning ....
