From the album M.I. out now on Fat Wreck Chords. BUY: www.fatwreck.co... maskedintruder... itunes.apple.c... TOUR: www.fatwreck.co... Video was shot and directed by Bobby Makar.
I'll be honest, I'd never heard Masked Intruder until it was pumped over and over and over again into my ears during Watch Dogs 2, which is one of the best games I've played, but now I kinda like the band, so I guess it worked, Fat Mike. NOFX is still only second best of all time though.
Saw these guys with Teenage Bottlerocket and The Queers back in 2013 at a place called local 662 in St. Pete FL. Still one of the best shows I’ve ever been to. If you’ve never seen them live, they put on a killer show.
Living in the dorms at college every Friday night I'd sit out from and buy the inevitable pizza that was ordered. Someone finally wished up and caught be buying their pizza one night but being that I'm 6 foot 5, 285 pounds, they decided to act like it wasn't there pizza. Kinda stolen pizza....yum
The references though: - with the cop at the beginning: NOFX - cop and donuts -with the Iron Maiden shirt -with the misfits jacket -and of course for guys masked chasing for a pizza it remind me ninja turtules (not sure about that one xD)
Dan InHeat Ive watched it. And I know the band quite well. You're "references" are just things. The cop is Officer Bradford, a staple of their live show. Theyre playing on stereotypes of cops liking donuts, it has absolutely nothing to do with nofx. Those clothes are common place. And they have absolutely nothing to do with ninja turtles. Learn what reference means.
Sonic Boom nah this is autotuned. They're used to fix minor pitch error. Charlie puth himself said that everyone uses it nowadays. Some to hide their hideous singing. Some is to fix minor pitch error but that doesnt mean they cant sing. Some is to have their own sound like t pain and lil uzi vert (tho t pain can sing really well).
This was awesome. Easily my favorite track on the album. Fucking love these guys, some of the catchiest upbeat pop punk I've heard in a long while. Can't wait until they put out some more stuff.
Anyone else keep mishearing that bit where he says "we could steal a carton of cigarettes and a case of beer" as "we could steal a carton of cigarettes and a quesadilla"? 🤣
Saw Masked Intruder as an unknown opener for a show i went to a few years back and it has quickly turned in to one of my favorites. My wife is sick of hearing it, and though i love her enough to play love songs at 3am in her front yard on a heart shaped guitar, when she hears their songs start all she can say is "Dude, seriously? What fuck's wrong with you?" 😂😉
This video is fucking awesome! Saw you guys for the first time opening for the Bouncing Souls in NYC! i gotta say though, the girl with the awesome eyeliner and pink mohawk steals my heart...
I'm know masked intruder when i get mine second tattoo whit the animated video, later when i was playing WD2 this song make me feel young.. And after i knew what. ♥ The power of punk rock.

this is so awesome! post hardcore punk is back! im tired of this post-post-poppunk shit that every new band sounds like today, but these guys are doing it right
Again, that's not post hardcore. Post hardcore started around the late 90's (a lot of people give credit to Refused for starting the genre). The Decendants started over a decade before that. Decendants are often considered to be the first pop punk band, then genre you said you hate. You should really read up more on sub genres of punk before you speak to them, it will save you from making foolish statements.
i like old pop punk what i meant was the new pop punk that comes out today doesnt sound the same as the old stuff and this reminds me of that. like decsendents i know they started pop punk because everything before them was hardcore punk, so this sounds like the pop punk that came out after the hardcore punk sowhatever you wanna call that is cool with me not here to argue just here listen to good music braa, pce
