I loved Lila's colors. You are such a great Mom, Jennifer and your daughter is a little princess. Very interesting techniques with the stenciling and masking. Something new for me to try. I did enjoy all of the color combinations you put together on your one layer cards. Loved all the cards!

Watched this after babysitting for 3 grandsons, ages 6, 4 and 2. We made birthdays cards for my daughter and son-in-law (their parents) using stamps and crayons. Was crazy but fun. Most important was they had fun. Never thought of using stencils with them, but thanks to you and Lila, (who did a fantastic job!) will try that next time. Thank you for always showing us how to think outside the box!

Saved the video. I learned so much. All the card designs are beautiful. Takes coloring to a DIY level for your daughter. Crafts as a child are some of my favorite memories. The stenciling was great and the shimmer spray and design on envelope flap made me smile.

I think this card deserves to be framed and put on display for sure. You teach me so much! Great way to use our large shaped dies in a new fun way along with these gorgeous stencils! Using the Versamark ink to emboss the star was stunning!!!

Very pretty cards. Love the stencil techniques! They really add depth and dimension. This technique would really be pretty on scrapbook pages. I don't have any small design stencils but I can do as Lila did and give each area an ombre effect, as it was so coo, unique and pretty. Kudos to Lila 🎉🏆🌟 I really enjoyed this video, length and all. Love Lila’s card! My son and niece love to create cards with me too! It’s so fun to see the ideas the have as kids that we seem to lose a bit as we get older. Crafting w kids is a wonderful way to ease a mental block!
i have been using avery labels as masks for some time now and i am so happy to see crafters getting away from that high priced crafters branded masking papers, most of them tend to bleed and cost way too much for anything with size. the avery ones come in a million sizes as long as you choose removable they work great!
Janice Robinson these cards are one layer cards but pack so much jazz in them. The layered stenciling gives it such depth. I agree with you. I would not of figured out that just a extra couple steps would make these cards so great. I am going to be trying these today. I love stencils and have been collecting so many the last several years. So happy to have more ways to use them.

Nicole wooldridge crafting is the perfect thing to do with your kids/grandkids, nieces/nephews. I have always included them all to craft with me. My kids loved it and 8 and 11yr still love to sit and color, cut, glue and craft with me. It is great bonding time. My adult nieces and nephews rave about the times they came to my house and crafted with me. Being free to do whatever you want with coloring, cutting , glueing and crafting can be such a freeing experience for children. It makes memories and moments they will never forget. And the projects/cards they make to give to parents/grandparents/aunts become valued treasures for those who receive them for eternity. Hand made cards/projects from children are always the most treasured items that they will keep forever.
Very cool techniques here Jennifer and I just have to add that Lila picks out better Copic color combos than I do LOL! She's going to be one heck of a card maker, just like her Mama! Thanks again Jennifer!

When using marking paper or even post it notes for some masking where you want to reuse the mask several times, you can add some clear packaging tape ove the top of the mask before you cut it out or use it and then the ink won’t absorb into the mask allowing you to use it over and over easier. Plus an added bonus is, it also gives it a little more strength so you can move it from project to project more easier with out ripping it. You must be careful when ink as it will allow any extra ink to sit on tops of the slippery taped mask. Keeping a cloth to wipe it off hardly helps. Tape is definitely a way to extend your mask lives.

I love them all. I just love ink. Please tell Lila I really like hers because of the colors she chose, and give her a hug from me. I wish you lived closer so Lila could help me with my Brutus Monroe Surface Sprays. I think they might be fun.
What fun cards that anyone can make. I am trying this one rite now since I have all the supplies in different forms. The only thing missing is the metal blending brushes. Your talent is let's beyond Jennifer. I thank you so very much for your time. Blessings.
Bonnie Tait I found a makeup brush from Dollarama can work well too. Make sure you get one that isn’t too soft. They’re about $3-4CAD each brush so not super cheap but they’re easily available for purchase. I use one each for warm and cold colors.
the techniques here are so amazing!!! sadly i do not have masking paper nor dies so i guess i'll look for alternative methods to recreate similar cards! :D thank you for always being so creative! love your inspirations! ^^
