Answer to the first question Heaven is not only matrial pleasures. Heaven is getting closer to Allah, since Allah is infinite in all attributes like love, compassion, mercy etc so getting closer to him by developing these attributes in this world is gonna be heaven for you both in this world and the hereafter. And moving away from these attributes is moving away from Allah, and that is hell. Since this is a limited world so when we develope for e.g good attributes in this world you feel good in this world too, but that feeling will massively increase in the after life because you won't be limited by matter. If you move away from these attributes you develope hell both in this world and the hereafter. Anxiety depression etc all these things are inner hell and will be massively increased in the after life.
also to add to your point. the human mind/conciousness in its current state is not able to comprehend what paradise is. Hence why the descriptions can be considered in different ways. Before we enter paradise, our body/mind/conciousness will go through a change and then we enter. So we in paradise will be a different form of being than we are now.

For the lady who is asking for changing the job but because of micro manage can't decide. Let me give you example I work in Amazon and last year promoted to LVL 3 (Assistant Manager). The first 4 months after my promotion were really stressful and hectic my manager used to micro manage as much as possible but after 6/7 months once I gained experience, know how to get job done no one ever micro managed me. Big companies example Amazon, Google etc they pay really well but they have to make sure their rankings are always on top so they have to micro manage. In my role personally we call these things setting the highest standards.

its my personal experience that women themselves rnt interested in taking any kind of headache wen it comes to money management or making money. They find it very difficult and quite opposite to wat they normally like, i.e. makeup, gossip, clothes, fashion etc. I think instinctively women don't hav the trend towards money making but there is a lot to do with our culture and society. These same girls, wen move abroad and live independently, do manage all their funds from daily groceries to rentals, on their own. I find women doing much safer decisions and they don't take uncalculated risks or they r very catious about making investments and they r extremely, highly kajoos. So, they can be very good at planning long-term financial security for themselves or their immediate family members.

About the sister who is concerned. I get it but then again as someone who comes from privilege in India. Who do you think holds power in that situation? it is obviously difficult to get along with people from different class but then again it's not impossible. I have friends from all classes of society but that happened after college. We should learn to get off our high horses.
