The best contestants I've ever watched on this program, no point was deducted as a result of speaking other languages, or as a result of not knowing numbers
Mo ro pe o yẹ ki ẹ ṣe atunyẹwo si idinku iye owo. Jẹ ki ibeere kọọkan gbe ẹgbẹ̀rún lona ọgọ́rùn-ún naira (100,000)ati gbogbo ede Gẹẹsi ti a sọ gbe ẹgbẹ̀rún lona àádọ́ta (50,000) naira. Ki ere pari nigbakugba ti owo rẹ ba pari laibikita ọpọlọpọ awọn ibeere ti o ni silẹ lati dahun I think the mode point deduction should be reviewed. Let every question carry 100,000 naira and every English language spoken carry 50,000 naira. Game is over whenever your money finishes regardless how many questions you've left to answer.
Only two contestants have not spoken English on this show. This gentle man and the Yoruba newscaster/teacher. Maybe there is still hope for our generation 😂
Ire o!
Atibaba ati ajuba yaato sirawon ni gedegbe. Atibaba ni ibugbe tabi ibi igbafe tia fi ewe ti awon Yoruba maa npe ni ewe imo tia le ri lara igi ope ko. Lapa keji, "Ajuba" ni ile tuntun ti won pa fun ihu ogbin otun bi apeere, tia ba fe gbin isu si ile Igbo tia asese pa. Atibaba and ajuba are quite different from each other. Atibaba is usually made as a living home or relaxation spot with palm kernel tree's leaves known as ewe imo in Yoruba language while "Ajuba" on the other hand is a new farm place or a new farm land prepared for new plantation e.g new farm land prepared for plantation of yams.
I really happy and impressed with the contestant they brought in today, this is the type of contest I always like to see. Right from the beginning of the show you can tell that he has something to offer and he did gave it his best but I believe we can’t know every single thing especially with the type of community we live where majority of us do not speak Yoruba all the time. I would also like if the presenter could add a little bit of activities to the show to make it more interesting and longer especially at the end of the show. Thanks and God bless❤
I know what to do… I will write down all the questions as past questions coz I noticed you repeat questions sometimes so I will win 1m… coming for you Eayoruba 💯💯
Nǹkan ki s'ẹ́sẹ̀ ràgó, a jẹran tán ó tún k'eegun. Ọ̀gbẹ́ni yìí gbìyànjú gidi gan-an ni o, bẹ́ẹ̀ ni kò fi èdè gẹ̀ẹ́sì bọ ọ̀rọ̀ rẹ̀ láàárín. Mo gbé òṣùbà ràbàǹdẹ̀ fún olùkópa yìí. Atọ́kùn ètò, ẹ kú iṣẹ́ takuntakun, ẹ sì tún kú ìfọmọ-nìyàn-ṣe. Yóò máa jú u yín ṣe lọ́lá Olúwa Ọba
Rara o, Ajuba yato si Atibaba Ajuba is the process of clearing a piece of Land before you start farming on such Land. Ol'óko n pa Àjùbà, Àparò n r'ẹrin.
This contestant definitely knows he's Yoruba numbers. 99% of us will not get the questions he got wrong. They should do research on the 'canopy' answer
Wow this guy and that teacher are the best contestants I have watched. They did not speak other language at all and they have knowledge of even the question they missed. Please how can I send something to those two guys sir
I don’t like this show, the fact that someone this fluent and knowledgeable in Yoruba walks away with almost nothing is a big flaw in the show. I noticed when they have a good contestant they throw very rarely used idioms/proverbs at them. Knowledge of proverbs and idioms have nothing to do with someone’s command of the language.
You hardly get sponsorship for educative programs like this. If it is to promote nudity on our screens, you will see donations and big money sponsors. This generation sha😢
