Like every morning workout in MFT28, your first legs session is all about building mass. Most of the exercises call for a rep range of 8-12, but remember that failure should be your first priority. If you find you can lift more than 12 reps, keep lifting. Lift until the pain says hello. That's when you say goodbye.
Legs are a massive muscle group. Intense leg training stimulates the natural release of testosterone and growth factors to the rest of your body. Never skip legs. Hardcore leg training transports you through the mud of life to the high ground. Once you get up there, you'll train legs forever, because it's a view you've never seen before.
Make sure to warm up before you start this workout. We're trying to get strong, not injured. Warm-ups prep your muscles for heavier loads and lubricate your joints. Knock out a set of bodyweight squats or perform some quick cardio, and open up your hips with some light stretching.

Forum bunnies want to talk shit about his legs, but to me this is the ideal physique. Having tree trunk legs is not aesthetic or functional unless you're a competitive bodybuilder, and even then there's a limit. I mean. Big Ramy won the Olympia only AFTER he downsized his legs. There's no excuse for weak legs though.

I can't believe that there are so many jeleous people out there! 1st thing, everyone has a different body physik, so that means that not everybody can look like Arnold. 2nd thing, it doesn't matter if you look extremely big, defined or skinny, I'm a personal trainer and in good shape but surely not the biggest guy on earth, but I've got the knowledge how a body works, so that's the most important thing if you're teaching, not the way you look like. If you watch videos of some mr universes, their coaches are not always in best shape but they have the knowledge. And guys, please stop complaining about how much weight he has on the machine. If you do 7 different exercises as supersets, you can't go for 14 rounds to the max! And as he said in the beginning, form-speed-weight. I see every day guys in the gym where it's all about weight but no form at all and no gains at all. This video is entertaining to watch and is one of thousands different workouts, so pick the things you like, and which you don't. Figure it out for yourself. And some of you guys who complain about his performance, please, film yourself and think about it again! I'm pretty sure we all have those days where try to challenge ourselves and go heavier and loosing the perfect form for few reps. And stop being jeleous because he was successful in what he was doing, so stop searching for "mistakes". Peace!

Smith machine alone is not very great but it is a great compliment to a traditional rack. As you see in the video with the smith machine you can put your feet far out in front to really target the hams and the glutes. This would be impossible with a rack as the center of gravity would be too far behind to stay balanced. My leg day I like to start with tradition highbar squats in the rack, then when I am properly exhausted I move to the smith and really target the hams and glutes and go to failure. Smith is also great for bulgarian squats as it makes it much easier to balance so you can really focus on the movement. I also really like using it for shoulder shrugs as it really lets me target the Traps. Everything has it's purpose and it is good to have options.

Dude, you're very wrong. You lack neither motivation nor physics, train day after day and you will do it in 2-3 months. His whole program is super working, it just won't suit too busy. I trained for a year according to his program and achieved excellent results

You don't need to do that much to achieve the same results. What Greg did was volume training but made better with super sets but still volume. Hit or heavy duty training will achieve the same results with less time. Checkout Mike Mentzer book or videos!

Greg Plitt is the real goat of fitness and bodybuilding. I spent almost two years straight religiously playing one of his super fitness motivation videos on the way to the LA Fitness in my home area a long time ago. Listening to his speeches was one of my mandatory practices to achieve the results that I did achieve that many viewed as top of the line. I am working harder than ever before to rekindle my bodybuilding motivation that I had once had that was forged around the glow of Greg Plitts legacy when he was alive. A True Legend that helped me during time of hardship. I’m ready more than ever to hit the gym with the same outlook that Greg Plitt had on life itself.

Fucking genetics. He is doing those hack sguats and stiff-legged deadlifts with a technique of a cat making shit, and yet he he didn't injure himself. I was once doing it with such technique and my back is fucked up

I won't use all those exercises, but that are same superset that I could use on my training. I'm sure that the calves, hamstrings and front portions superset work fine.
