Of the vets that have passed away in my family, 5 in all, only one is buried in a military cemetery. One was cremated, the others buried at a private cemetery. One from WWII, one from Korean war, the others from Vietnam. As far as I know or have experience with, the military doesn't hold any responsibility for or offer any cometary burial for vets.
@sk8bow I understand fully what you are saying & agree 100%. We are not meant to take up precious earth nor r we meant to rot forever in boxes. This is all Killuminazi thinking. We dont uncover ancient grave caskets, what did they know that we no longer know?! Thank you for posting it was poetically written & one would be a knucklehead to take it in the wrong manner. thanks for sharing!
tops comments forget to remember those less fortunate vets that died poor and alone, alot of our grand dads were in the rear with the gear and came home to union electrician jobs and the like. some came home poor and lonely and addicted or ptsd, these are where we bury them and people like or grandfathers if they so choose
I keep having mixed emotions about it, one minute I think mass graves, and then I think why would our Government spend that kind of money on us. If anyone could explain why the Government would spend money on this kind of burial
Ok, did anyone catch what he said starting at 1:15. The coffins are big enough to bury not only 2 solders but their spouses too. R U serious that's the only explanation they can give for the coffins. They really do think we r stupid.
with all respect to the u.s. veterans, why waste so much earth on the dead? we are flesh and bone, and we supposed to decompose not hold up space that coyotes, rabbits, and plants have been using for thousands of years. we are so into ourselves, we don't see what we are doing as wrong.
I just checked this out and it's just exactly what it says it is. Do a google search for Military burial benefits and follow the bouncing ball to this National Cometary.
