சரியாக நிலமையை புரிந்துள்ளீர்கள். நான் 35 வருடங்களாக ஒரு Factory ல வேலை செய்தேன். திடீரென திட்டமிட்டே 1300 வேலையாளர்களை வேலை நீக்கம் செய்தனர். காரணம் தங்களால் Factory யை கொண்டு நடத்த முடியவில்லை என்று சொல்லிவிட்டனர். 60 வயதிற்குபின் இங்கு வேலை எடுப்பது மிகவும் கஷ்டம். இங்கு இவர்கள் வெளிநாட்டவர்க்கு அரசாங்க வேலை தரமாட்டார்கள். அவர்களுடைய வேலை மட்டும்தான் நிரந்தரம்.மற்றப்படி இங்கு நிறைய வெளிநாட்டவர் வேலை செய்கின்றனர். நீங்க புதிதாக எங்காவது வேலை தொடங்கினால் நீங்க அவர்களின் கீழ்தான் வேலை செய்யவேணும். Turkey, Poland, Greece, Morocco, Jugoslav Russian..இவங்க உங்க மேலதிகாரியாக வந்தால்.நீங்க ஐயோ பாவம். உங்க வேலையை இவர்கள் நிரந்தரமாக்கமாட்டார்கள் நிரந்தரமாக்கினால் மட்டுமே அதிர்ஷ்டம்.

Yes germany is struggling since they dont get the cheap gas which they got from russia. And also the automation for e.g. AI is going to only make things worse. But germany is known for innovation and resilience , they came back from world war 2. so hopefully they will come back and the immigrant community especially indians ( i am also from chennai but now in UK , lived in germany for 15 yrs ) will bring the country back i assume. Germany we ( after we finished studies i did my masters in hamburg ) had same dull economic situation in 2003 and 2008. Lets hope for best. Main thing "learn german" . Great video.
