One of the funkiest tunes in funk history! Mass Production made a lot of fab tunes in the 70’s but this was the funkiest! Love them, no wonder 2 Live Crew sampled it!!

This was a bad funk band that was underrated. I got to see them in concert twice in the 80's and they put on an amazing show both times. Thanks for the memories from back in the day. Good music never gets old!!

One of my all time favorites. What's crazy is, this was the normal back in the day, but today's messed up society would call them "suspect" because of how they're dressed. I love this.

Pure underarm funk! I bought the 45 single when it 1st dropped while I was a high school junior or senior at Murray-Wright in Detroit. I still have it in my shoebox collection! Sadly, the shoe's that were in the box didn't fare so well.

I was thinking to ask my mom did my father like this song because I’ve been addicted to it, I played it for her before asking, and she told me all she could see was her and my father in the club dancing to this song! She said it was his favorite and I believe her because it’s mine!
This is great! I am a recent convert to MP's music. Thankfully, most of their back catalogue has reissued on CD in the UK. This has led me to purchase it. Firecracker is great. My momma told me there was a video for this and I didnt believe her because Ive never found one. They came to Louisville Ky back around 79-80. Up there with funkiest groups and I dont know why they dont have an Unsung done on them.

Rare is right !! Wow ! When I was a kid my best friends older sister used to date one of the band members, one day we rode our bikes to the house they had in Teaneck and we got to see all the band equipment, a big deal for 13 year old in the 70's. Such a shame this video and so many others like it never got air time on mtv. A Real Shame.
