Highly appreciable, they have magic in their hands that work so speedily that machines are left behind, they produced perfect and working Product. Their Product Planning and manufacturing process are excellent as per their environment. They are Great people. Proper PPEs with Uniform, better working equipment and tools will enhance their performance. Child Labor (below 18) should be avoided there are so many Kids working in this Factory. Inexpensive materials make for a poor quality product. Understand India alone needs millions of these wheelchairs. Remember India and other 2nd and 3rd world countries have mostly dirt roads and very, very, very limited wheelchair access to buildings. Workers are indeed skilled workers.
Only guy with safety gear was the Mig welder person. Felt sorry for the guy that had to hacksaw the section of tubing. Put the tire on the wheel and then just toss it over into the pile, who cares.
I hope these hard working men are paid well for what they do! Working conditions are not always the best, and people from India are so kind. So intelligent. So humble. Mary🇺🇸🙏❤️🙏

Garbage products from convenience store companies using garbage techniques, equipment, and skills. Those wheel chairs are what you will find in government institutional use. Maybe VA Hospitals and such. Even they usually have higher standards than that crap.
I sympathize with the workers working with electro platic. Despite the guys wearing rubber gloves they were still dipping their hands into that toxic fluid, bringing that liquid inside the gloves and breathing the funes. It should be a continous process where parts carried on a overhead conveyer belt dipping the parts in each tank as required. No need to do it manually this toxic process. The guy who owns the factory us sitting miles away counting the money and laughing all the eay to the bank giving cancer to his wirkers in return. What a shame! 😢
If these are being sold in western countries the importers/sellers should be ashamed of themselves. It would be interesting to know exactly where these wheelchairs are going. For heavens sake how much would some eye protection for the platers cost from the factory down the road. There were, of course, many other thinks wrong safety wise and in quality control. I would not call wheelchairs here in the UK cheap, so just who is making the money?

No quality control, or inspection if any kind. Pity the patient and the handicap people who will be using these poorly made wheelchairs. Corporations in europe and America will be selling at a high price raking in huge profit. Who cares about the end user? 😢
