@@chrismac5097 yeah. It's the problem mcc has created with an influx of extreme noobs and extreme sweat and god tier returning players. The playerbase skill gap isn't balanced anymore. That's why it isn't fun to play halo 3 on mcc today if you're a new player because you will be matched with people who have had experience on the og version

@@jackcolson4745 It only took me a few day's to improve on the game. My only experience was when I was like 5 years old but didn't really remember much due to it being such a long time ago. I do agree though the skill gap is insane and you would need to put a lot of hours and knowledge into being able to barely compete with experienced players. But don't give up, it's like that for every knew player who picks up an old game and tries it out with experienced players. Just takes time and practice.

@@jackcolson4745 did this today and put 6 hours into it after not playing for 10 years. I won 25 out of 32 matches and top fragged 12 of them. The online community is strong and vast in skill gap 🤷‍♂️

@@Prohxyy See that's the thing. You have prior experience. When I mean new players, I mean people who started playing halo 3, or any halo game for that matter, in 2020. I started playing halo multiplayer in 2017. And I still lose games more often than I win them.

That's been common knowledge for this game for years.

Scy takes a ridiculous amount of knowledge regarding the game and more specifically the map not to mention skill in terms of aim and the rest of it that was nasty.

@@Damian-vo8wf just did it, 8player FFA black out had 4 double kills. One of my overkills was on big team and a guy from the other team was driving me around in the warthog and i went on a running riot. 😂

@@SweetandSourohmy SEE?! It's totally different skill set than normal halo. It's all about crosshair placement which usually doesn't matter too much in normal gamemodes

@@sebastianlisiak5071 No there's aim assist when you use a controller. He has good crosshair placement for a controller but he benefits from the extra snapping that mouse and keyboard users dont have.

It’s not just aim, you also have to learn grenades, vehicles, power weapon spawn locations, teamshotting/teamwork and how to use everything together to win.

Johnnjlee yeah, I mostly hate that. I don’t know why but I hate games that make you think. I’ll just keep playing, and see if I can get better without strategy and just aim.
