Great video Dan,the soil tilled up well. The last time I used a Massey 30 drill was in 1977 behind a Massey 590,8 speed. You sure brought back good memories
Another great video Dan. Thank you. The last time I did some sowing was winter barley with our then MF 728 combined seed drill which had iron wheels ,and was pulled by a MF178 . That was over 40 years ago. Happy days.
Thank you Dan for sharing you planting with the MF drill. What a sweet bit oh kit never misses a beat and its spot on with acres sown and with the rate.
Great to see that drill working we used to under sowe all our cereal crops always worked well as they were for feeding the cattle so you got grain straw and a late bite of grass good video Dan 👍
Thanks Dan. Nice seeing the thirty drilling. I'm definitely interested in seeing videos on the crop germinating. Perhaps you could tell us in the next vid on the crop why you chose not to drill any cover, unless there was cover in there? You could always weld a triple K time to the bout marker unless you want to keep it original. It'll be interesting to see what the feed value comes back as.
Great vid Dan lovely seedbed there! Great to see another classic playing her part in your drilling ! Can you make a video of planting this years Fodder beet ?
you could put up a scarecrow and move it around evrery day fill a overalls with straw put on a hi vis jacket on aroudementary head with a old hat supported with a few pieces of 3 by 2 greetings from ireland
