How to set up and utilize the functions and features of the DCC (Dash Control Center) on Dyna4 Transmission available in the 5600 & 6600 Series Tractors.
thank you for this video. I have just trader my 4610 for a 5611 with fel. I have not gotten the tractor yet as it was at a dealer in Virginia, I live in South Carolina. Your video was very informative and will give me a visual to go along with the manual information. I will tell you i have watched all of your videos and they played a big part in my decision to trade up. Thank you again for sharing your knowledge and time .
That's why we do them. We want every Massey Ferguson Owner to get the absolute most out of their investment. Truly amazing products and lots of features for the owners. Thanks for the Comment and Thanks for Watching!
Welcome. I have one simple question. Could you explain step by step what to do to change default ranges of gears in Dash Control Center (first screen on video)? Do I have to change machine to turtle mode? On video I see that is enable screen with gears and you push up clutch before switching up lever up. Is in necessary to do something more (what we can not see) on video? Thank you for any help :)
+Grzegorz Łęcicki You push the Shuttle Lever and T Handle in the same direction you want to make the Change. Increase Forward Gear push both levers forward direction. Reduce or lower gear pull both back at the same time. For Reverse it is opposite direction of forward speed you pull back on both levers to increase speed.
Which model. The New S Series Tractors feature brighter screens with the evolution of display technology that are brighter and higher resolution. The prior models the LCD screens were lower brightness. I have had some customers add tint to the windows to darken the cab which helps. Some install tint on the upper portions of rear & side windows.
@@VahrenbergImplement Sorry, should have been more specific. Recently purchased used 2010 8650, and find screen difficult to read in daylight. Works fine at night.
The "7" Series products has upgraded to new screen technology that is brighter and high definition than the LCD screen in the "6" Series Products. Technology evolved. Our customers have tinted the top part of the side and rear windows to reduce cab brightness to see the LCD Displays. Plus it reduces solar heating of the cab.
@@VahrenbergImplement Thanks for the quick reply. As long as I've taken this off topic a little already. Can you tell me what the "Rear linkage lifting and lowering operating indicator light" is for. Right hand side, below the access panel to the console controls. Page 73 of the Operation manual I downloaded from AGCO, (Flux Player version). All I can find in the manual is just the name. All I can find online is a reference to: "X266 - Rear linkage diagnostic and lifting/lowering LEDs", with no further description. It appears to be flashing an error code: 3, 9, 5, in sequential flashes. Again, still with the 2010 8650 Massey.
It shows when the 3point is raising or lower. IF you have a code you need to consult with your local dealer. I don't have all those codes hand y to look up and there is some sequences to the codes based on long or short bursts and sometimes there is notifier then the actual code. best way is to video the code and text to your dealer so they can determine what is the concern.
Tractor when powered down should save settings. There are a couple that always default off like Brake to Neutral feature is one of those. I would talk to your local dealer to get your tractor looked at if your are having a concern.
5613 has been replaced by the 5713SL then 5713S and Now 5S.135. There are several Spec Levels but Classic Version with Dyna4 your looking in the $150,000 USD Range Deluxe $170,000 USD Range depending on features and options you choose.
Field Mode allows you to bump T Handle on the 4 Powershifts then must use Button on T Handle to Go to Next Range. Road or Turtle Range you can shift all 16 speed consecutive without having to push orange button on T handle .
Thanks, but I wonder why I shall use field mode practically. I just use rabbit (road mode) everywhere. Is there some extra benefits buy using fields mode? Softer transmission? Less tracks in the field?
Nope just how you want to control the transmission. Older Models of the Dyna4 operated like Field (Turtle) Mode and we have set up several so the new Dyna4 works just like the older Dyna4 that did not have ability to do sequential shifting.
