Beautiful house imo. it would be a regret if it to be rebuild. A&A works on the facade, interior reno should be suffice. The main attraction imo is the outdoor. Lovely space, garden and retro design pool. nostalgic for ppl of my age. thanks for the video.

The outdoor is indeed one of the main attraction of this property and I think the architect did a very good job creating those arched window opening out to the pool and gardens.
Yes, tear down n rebuild will b costly n potential buyer needs to do that for the house is dated. The white sunshade in the front of the house is an eye sore n needs to go. The only thing good is the land size, can do 2 detach or just the bungalow. I would do 2 large size detach n rent it out for passive income or multi generational with each hving their own privacy…😂
Like the land size,home is dated. Potential buyer needs to do a tear down n rebuild with modern architectural design n technology. Even the pool needs to be redesign with new deck,the wooden deck needs to go, enough land space to do a resort pool settings surrounded by flowers n plants , bbq n outdoor kitchen. Will call the agent when I strike the loterry😂😂
