If you go somewhere and they don't have churros, ask about sopapillas! Fried flour tortilla, rolled in cinnamon sugar, and topped with honey and maybe chocolate drizzled. So good!

You could recommend that they use Multigrain corn tortillas. Mush easier and they do not look like glue when moist.
