A&Z #1057 - Professional eater Randy Santel versus Tony's massive 7+lb "Butt Buster" BBQ Challenge w/ smoked beef brisket, barbcue ribs, and smoked meatloaf hosted by Tony's Butt Shack BBQ & Catering in Hollowayville, Illinois!! Our friend Chris has been a subscriber for many years and he helps with smoking the meats for Tony and his wife Heather who own Tony's Butt Shack BBQ & Catering. They all invited @KatinaEatsKilos and I down to Hollowayville so we could each attempt Tony's massive "Butt Buster" BBQ Challenge which had been available for a few months with no actual attempts. I had 45 minutes to feast on a giant 7+lb platter of delicious barbecue smoked meats and sides. There were 8 St Louis style BBQ ribs plus 1lb portions of smoked beef brisket and juicy pulled pork. There was a smoked meatloaf sandwich on 2 pieces of Texas toast and the food challenge included giant portions of jalapeno macaroni & cheese and Tony's specialty fried potato salad. I enjoyed 2 freshly baked cornbread muffins too and was trying to become the first champion to win my $59 meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on Tony's Wall of Fame. BIG thanks to Tony, Heather, Chris, and everyone with Tony's Butt Shack BBQ & Catering in Hollowayville for the wonderful barbecue food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks to everyone from around the Hollowayville area who came to watch and meet us that evening. Tony's Butt Shack's Massive "Butt Buster" BBQ Challenge in Hollowayville, Illinois ($59):
- Tony's Butt Shack BBQ & Catering has been serving the Hollowayville area for many years.
- This "Butt Buster" BBQ Challenge features lots of delicious items from their barbecue menu.
- There are 8 St Louis style BBQ Ribs on a tray with 1lb of smoked beef brisket and 1lb of juicy pulled pork. There is also a smoked meatloaf sandwich with cheese on 2 slices of Texas toast.
- The challenge includes 1lb of macaroni & cheese and 1lb of Tony's specialty fried potato salad.
- There is a 45 minute time limit to finish everything, including 2 freshly baked cornbread muffins.
- Winners earn the $59 barbecue meal free plus a sweet T-Shirt and spot on Tony's Wall of Fame.
