Massive Coronary Perforation, Coils, and Pericardiogram 

We discuss how to approach a large coronary perforation resulting in tamponade. We review the utility of a pericardiogram, how to use covered stents (Graftmaster and PK Papyrus), and how to deliver coronary coils.
