Other Texas Real estate channels share the price of the homes. Why don’t you share prices? Granted prices can change, but at least we can use it as a reference point unless you’re trying to hide something. Would be nice if mid video you show the map of the location and its surroundings to become more familiar with what the town has to offer. Talk about schools, highways, supermarkets. It’s not just about house aesthetics. I also noticed a bit of low energy when presenting the house. You sounded more excited towards the end, as if you were hungry and it’s lunch time. Great presentation in aspects of the camera and angles.
Sounds like you didn't watch the video and have not watched any of my videos. I covered pricing multiple time, location, neighborhood etc.. I do this in all my videos. You are the first one that has said I have low energy! If every real estate channel was the same, it would be pretty boring! I get calls and help people move here almost everyday so I would say that it is working! You should start a channel and show me how it's done!
