Footage is from the helmet of @AdvBrett who had a massive crash with a DR650 who is completely on the wrong side of the track and moving at speed. Brett is ok, bike is totalled.
Fark, thats crazy. I hope you're doing alright and nothing was broken. I hope this helps teach people that even in the bush common sence should prevail and always keep left and be cautious on blind corners.
Jeezus what a terrible sound when those two bikes hit. That's really very bad given its totally avoidable and the poor bloke's bike is a write off. Glad he's OK.
Had this happen to me about 15 years ago... 3 young blokes all on the wrong side of a forest road.... Luckily I was on an XR650..... The RMX250 and it's rider that I hit came of much worse than I.... You'll never ride again without being wary on blind corners... Trust me!!
Man, never take the inside line on a blind corner. Poor judgement resulted in a crash for the guy that was innocent of any wrongdoing. Lesson learned I guess.
