There is always hope as far as those that have had their accounts banned for no good reason at all. Ones that could've gotten wrongfully banned for being mistaken as being part of those that were committing offenses bad enough to warrant a ban. Free to play players and low spenders could if Blizz made enough changes that would allow it. Right now Blizz is saying you want to catch up to them then either grind Immortal as a job for many long decades or spend, spend, etc... Those are the only two ways of doing right now short of changing the game that would allow players to get there by grinding within a decent period of time. I am aware that you believe that the egregious pay to win has to be there for Blizz to make the money it needs. I say it doesn't it could've had the monetization model of Genshin Impact and focused on cosmetics and account services along with battle pass. Then add in special seasonal bundles that would be similar to PoE's supporter packs. They could have one that would start around $30 then go all the way up to around $200. I have no doubt that there are many mobile games that have a pay to progress faster approach then the egregious pay to win model that Immortal has. Blizz did the right thing by allowing free to play and low spenders to awaken their gear. So it is hopeful making me think that there is a chance that the game could change to pay to progress faster by changing its monetization model.

Hello ECHO Gaming Diablo, thank you for showing my forum post. I fight every day to get my account back. Many people will now say, ‘Why are you doing this?’ It’s about justice, it’s about abuse of power, and that’s unfair. As long as I don’t know why I was banned, I will fight, even if it takes decades. It’s in my nature to stand up against injustice, and I feel I have been treated unfairly. If Blizzard would just communicate with someone and say, ‘Hey, you did this and that, that’s why we banned you,’ that would already be progress. But I know for a fact that I haven’t done anything wrong that would justify a ban, and I’m not alone in this

my friend used a pad from the list that diablo gives, he got banned once, started playing again, I played for three months and got banned again for the pad! it's sick that they give a list and ban people for something that's on the list! They ban people who follow the rules and hackers and bots continue to run!!

They banned me for using controller a while ago. I started a new account and level up a new character to 800 just to prove that playing without controller doesn't get you banned. Blizzard is dead to me. Not wasting another minute of my life or cent with this company.

Some issues might be from overclocking phones and pcs for speed. Blocking ips can be problem too. Just some thoughts.

Hey Echo I got a real issue that i have been persuing with Blizzard, regarding no Paypal option to be chosen to purchase stuff in Diablo. Twice written to those peeps and twice they asked me to use a different method. My issue is, i have personal earnings thru Paypal and if I were to use the third party platform to buy stuff in Diablo it will deduct 1 dollar for every transaction. It is quite frustrating. Don't they want people to spend on this game? Weird. They won't even consider to fix it. Maybe you could give a shout out for people who have the same issue. Thanx bud!

Hey Echo, Amdro here, fellow Ibeburn Tear adventurer. I would suggest you leave the seeping bile sleeping. Vipers bite is more likely to trigger. Mathematically it is better at rank 10 than seeping bile at rank 5.

This is true when your speaking about procking vipers over seeping. Seeping bile only being a 4% chance to prock when vipers procks after doing damage. From that point your right but if your chasing resonance the vipers doesn't compare to the bile. Which I think echo is chasing is resonance at the moment.

Been gaming for decades, never been banned. I'm suspicious of the banned Diablo Immortal players who jumped to a conclusion that it was their "XBox Controller" that got them banned, as reasons for ban are never disclosed.

Well can’t even get them to fix my cosmetics and weapon I can’t change, or restore the gems I lost, they responded it’s not fair to compensate you?! After a rather rude tone they just shut down the ticket and I am now banned to put in tickets .. so ty a lot Blizzard 😅💸🤓

Since you talk to blizzard, what about telling them to stop rushing these updates and game add ons. The run rift sucks, you get better drops in elder rift. That going get abandoned just like terror rifts they lunch a couple months ago.

New gem resonance is a clear daylight theft The community as for new slot and DI give us these. You need max 2 star and 5 star for plus 20 resonance or no buff for you.

This game has only had three months that it's added players. I'm 7.8K reso and quit after this update because the game is run by NetEase and they are notorious for bleeding wallets dry. Being banned is a blessing in disguise for those players.

This ticket doesn’t prove anything. There are a lot of missing information (there is no evidence that the account was really banned or not). Stop start clickbaiting and giving hope to players who are really banned for (no) reasons. At least add some information but this is pure crap.

This begs the question of WHY WERE THEY BANNED IN THE FIRST PLACE???? If they did nothing wrong or a minor offence, they should NOT have been banned at all. If they deserved a ban, then they should not have been unbanned. This very clearly demonstrates the capriciousness of Blizzard's ban policy, and also the lack of application of mind due to Blizzard's bots doing the banning, not a sentient thinking human being. But we already knew that Bluzzard's policy is arbitrary bcz VK's first account was wrongfully banned and about 6 monyjs later was unbanned. So WE KNOW!!!!!

He admits to being a more casual player, but in one video he’s giving you 2 news items (one of which wouldn’t be public knowledge otherwise), a build for a newer class, and asks some of the current questions being shared in DI chats (lvl 5 bile vs lvl 10 viper, gloom/maw/storm/sword/other?). He also openly shares that he’s sourcing material from known whales in the community and learning from them. He then presents himself on video, allowing the public to comment. Can you say you make the same effort?
